We had such a fantastic time at the Grill Academy. Having recently purchased a family Q and having very little grilling knowledge, we decided to book in to a session. Tom was very informative, giving us so many tips and tricks to ensure we were fully equipped to host the perfect barbecue right from entrees to desserts. I couldn’t recommend this session enough, whatever your skill level. It’s also a great gift idea for those who want to up their BBQ game. Samara was also a wonderful host looking after the group from start to finish. 10/10!

Owned a Baby Q for over 13 years, recently added the Gen 3 Family Q so thought give the cooking experience a go a see what I can find out.
WOW, Tom and his crew were awesome in running the experience and the variety we did during this experience was fantastic.
In fact as I'm writing this review I am in the middle of my low and slow cook of my sticky pork ribs that we did yesterday in the experience and they're smelling great.
The information supplied was awesome and plentyful but still not overwhelming. For someone like myself I can read a recipe until the cows come home and still not get as much as I did from the hands on experience and demonstration by Tom.
Results were outstanding and easy to achieve with their approach.
Funny thing was in back of my mind the whole night I was waiting for the "sales" pitch on accessories or Weber branded gear but no that was not the purpose of this experience or I believe Tom's intention.
Yes at the end of the evening he advised items are there, on display and available to purchase on special which of course some did but it was never pushed on to us. Just learning how to use some of the accessories in my mind helps sell them. I really thank Tom for this approach and highly recommend the experience to everyone. Now which one will I do next.

Truly excellent experience. Great team taking you through the preparation experience, onto cooking the food and then onto eating a fantastic meal. All the while keeping you entertained 😉.
On my recommend list indeed with many different experiences.
Did the Tasting SA with some great local wines 🍷.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of The Weber Grill Academy. Tal and the ladies did a great job of hosting…..explaining and demonstrating how to cook the various courses. Excellent group experience - can’t wait to do it again. Such a fantastic venue with the best views of the city of Adelaide. Exceptional value for money. Thanks guys. 👏🥩🍷🥮

What an amazing day, it’s great to have a place like this in Adelaide. Great people, excellent service and learnt a lot about low and slow cooking. Highly recommend the Webber Grill Academy for your next booking. Hopefully will get more out of my Webber now. A huge call out to Tom and the team for an informative night and great food to share.

Attended the "Taste SA" session on a very pleasant Friday evening and enjoyed the event immensely. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had received my ticket as a Christmas gift and was attending on my own. Certainly found a friendly and inviting venue overlooking Victoria Park, equipped with all manner of Weber BBQs.

The only negative for the evening was an over zealous commentary from the Tour Down Under event across the road which threatened to drown out our Weber chefs. Tom ensured this didn't happen.

We started the evening with warm focaccia and bbqed olives ( yes, that's a thing) and it only improved from there. Prawns, oysters, slow cooked lamb, reverse seared rib eye, with accompanying veggies and finishing with a Haigh's chocolate dessert. It really showcased our superb local food stuffs and the included beer, wines and soft drinks provided necessary lubrication.

Attendees helped with preparation and cooking and as a long time Weber Q owner I picked up numerous hints and tips along the way.

Highly recommended.
