I highly recommend attending wawa tabilk tabilk. Aunty Jo, Jonah and Vanda were warm and welcoming, and immediately made us feel at home on Country. Their passion for educating about Taungurung culture was obvious; they were very engaged and engaging; and very keen to encourage and answer any questions. I learnt a lot, and am eager to learn more. Aunty Jo kept oh-so-subtly plugging wawa Euroa, so that will be my next one!

We had a wonderful morning learning about the traditional and contemporary Taungurung culture and practices on the Wawa Biik tour in Nagambie. Our guides were engaging and very open to sharing their knowledge and experiences in a positive and constructive way. I would like to see other similar activities elsewhere.

Uncle Shane and Jonah have a wonderful way of sharing their knowledge of their country. It is easy for time to stop when looking at the landscape and listening and relating to the country and to see and feel and understand of all the many people living on this water, this land for thousand and thousands of years. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us so we understand.
