Not recommended! Went in 2 weeks before to organise a trip by myself to Fiji. Itinerary was sorted, told they had to check on flights would get back to me. Twice I asked did I have to pay a deposit or pay in full, told when flights were confirmed to pay then,a week went past decided that i should go in again to see if everything was ok. Told that the airfares had gone up $400 because they weren't locked in and on top of that was told that because it was only a week away to departure that they couldn't accept my card as payment, cash only! Well so much for the accommodation, it turned out to be the holiday from hell! They had booked me into the Fiji Hideaway Resort and Spa, I ended up covered in bed bug bites, the tap fell off in the shower, water pressure was non existent! Housekeeping pulled back sheets to wash and the mattress was mouldy, had holes in it and bugs, by the way it was hard as a rock. I wasn't the only one complaining, after speaking to manager his reply was, we are refurbishing soon so don't want to spend any money on maintenance or replacing anything! The food was nice but very overpriced! The only good thing about this trip were the lovely Fijian people. This experience has totally turned me off ever travelling again! Oh and just to top everything off I now have covid!

Hopeless ! Total lack of communication between staff ! Not reassuring before a trip to an overseas non English speaking country! Covid and staff movements were to blame but that didn't help us have a smooth and stress free holiday which I thought was the reason for using a travel agent. Never again ! Do it yourself is my advise.
