Thank you to reception staff, nurses and doctors. I have read reviews and honestly my experience from all staff is positive. Understand they deal with sick pple everyday out of choice - all i have is a Thank you. Pls don't let the negative ruin the positive.. your patience, expertise, your time. Upper management shld provide incentives for the wonderful work they do. Remember we are not the only pple they see. They deal with dying patients to giving birth to life. It's extensive where is the appreciation? Thank you watervale staffing.. bless as you help me with my health much appreciated and seen many people leave with a smile over the 11yrs of attending.

Their online booking via google doesn't disclose additional out of pocket fee which according to them the parient must be across the term mixed billing which means there will be charges anywhere between $79 to $135. The issue was raised with the staff and appointment was cancelled even though I made the booking at 8.50am for 10.30am consultation which placed me in a sticky situation to cancel but the staff understood the issue.
If you are making a booking for the first time please do not accept an appointment for less than 2 hours after because fee isn't really confirmed unleas you call the staff.

The reception staff are mostly lovely. However, Dr Udara exhibits problematic behaviours including dishonesty and mind games. It's quite frightening.

The worst medical centre i have ever been to. The staff are absolutely dead beat and useless. If you need a rat test before coming in maybe you should notify the patient in advance not when you come for your appointment so you’re forced to buy an expensive one at the pharmacy next door. Also if your going to implement strict mask wearing rules, how about be consistent and have a sign up! I came on Friday without a mask no one at reception or the doctor told me i needed a mask, i come in Monday the same reception staff suddenly is demanding i wear a mask? I say i didn’t wear one on Friday her reply sorry thats the rules? Well that wasn’t the case 3 days ago, and once again you don’t have any signs and i didn’t receive any text or email stating that requirement. Will not be returning.

I visited this clinic on Friday due to a worsening cough from COVID-19. Dr. Udara examined me and noted that I still had a fever and a red throat. When I requested a medical certificate for Monday to Wednesday, she refused, stating that she couldn't backdate it. She said, "If you were unwell, you need to come on the day because how do I know you were sick?"

I mentioned that this was the first time I'd heard of not being able to backdate a medical certificate.
I had tested positive until Thursday and came to see a doctor on Friday as soon as I tested negative, hoping to get medication for my cough and a medical certificate.

A doctor who has studied for many years but lacks common sense.

There is no patient care at this clinic.
She still refused to give it to me.
Never will come to this clinic again. It's not a Bulk Bill clinic, paid $79 but did not get the right service and care.

Do not waste your time or money at this clinic, terrible service, lack of care and than you go in and speak with your GP who’s is just in a rush to see the next client….
