Absolutely first rate stay at the Waterford! We have stayed here many times for months long holidays and rate it as a top Main Beach property. ||Every apartment has floor to ceiling unobstructed ocean views. Beach is across the street. Bus and tram stops are short walk.||Building, pool, gym, and hallways are immaculate and always tidy. Gym has modern, clean equipment. Tennis court with balls and racquets available. Beautiful pool and hot tub next to multiple barbecues and a covered seating and dining area.||Main floors are only two apartments per floor, larger units on top floors are one apartment per floor. Covered parking underneath building. ||Nicely furnished units, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, covered balconies with seating. The unobstructed ocean view is available from lounge, dining, kitch, and master bedroom. Second bedroom has ocean, river, and hinterlands view. ||The building managers Emma and Damien are friendly and quick to respond and/or help with issues and questions. ||The Waterford is a perfect place to stay!

Great view and kitchen well maintained. Towels are sufficient and house keeping comes and freshened up towels. Thanks Emma for the hospitality and help! We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms

The Waterford on the Gold Coast provided a brilliant experience from beginning to end. Nestled in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, the building itself is modern and well-maintained, offering a sense of luxury from the moment you arrive. Our apartment was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that took our breath away every morning. The amenities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What made the experience even better was the host, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. My daughter, who stayed in the penthouse apartment, had an equally fantastic experience and couldn’t stop raving about how much she loved it. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Gold Coast, The Waterford is a perfect choice for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

The view of the ocean is 10/10. Simply magnificent. Accessibility to the beach is awesome. However the apartment is quite worn-out. The cooker hood was extremely dirty and some cabinets and drawers were already peeling. Service at the reception was good and staff were friendly. Overall, it was still a great stay despite the apartment being quite worn-out and not very well-maintained.

Hotel had the most amazing view of both the ocean and the city, great for a holiday. The room was fantastic and luxurious with large glass windows to view. Great location on the beach.

Absolutely outstanding experience here. Simply gorgeous decor and comfortable apartment with views that awe! Clean, hygienic and attention to detail on point. ||Host Damien and Emma go out of their way to ensure stay is at an optimum level. ||We stayed in apartment 14, on level 7 and could not fault it. ||Breathtaking views, ideal for the air show, or simply relaxing and taking in the horizon. ||European appliances and fresh carpet. Super comfortable beds and little touches that made this trip so memorable.||Have already booked again and cannot wait to enjoy this gem.
