She went above and beyond, including an extra site meeting just to make sure everything was as I had planned. We worked with Megan and, week-of, the rest of the WTW team, and it was an absolute joy! They went above and beyond in problem solving on the wedding day, all while being so calm, kind, and thoughtful. Megan was organized, communicative, patient, and had amazing ideas. It really made the wedding day so enjoyable, because I had absolute trust they could handle anything (and they DID handle everything, including sudden rain and a luggage mix-up by me!) I couldn't recommend Megan or this team more highly.

Dempsey and Whitney were AMAZING to work with! When Monica and I found our wedding venue, we asked our hotel coordinator (Bridget) to put us in touch with wedding planners that she had previously worked with that are great to work with. She gave us a few options and our first interview was with Dempsey. We didn’t even interview the others because we instantly connected with her style. Bridget said that Dempsey and Whitney were amazing to work with, and she did not lie!
Since engaging them to become our planners, we instantly felt a sense of relief because they were on top of EVERYTHING! There were a couple surprises (Bride surprised groom and groom surprised bride) and they kept up with both of them and made sure everything ran smoothly. We are so thankful for all of the hard work their team did on the wedding day, and all of the hard work they did leading up to the event! Amazing team and would HIGHLY recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with both Dempsey & Courtney from Water to Wine Hospitality! Dempsey is experienced, professional, & very responsive throughout the time I had her. Courtney was my day of coordinator for my wedding day & she served both my husband and I so well. She was on top of things, but also very calm and present with us. She truly felt like a friend on our wedding day! These women are hardworking & just overall great at what they do and not to mention the sweetest humans! Whitney was an absolute joy to work with. She is so calm and efficient and she had so many great ideas. All of her recommendations for other services were excellent. She took care of everything for the wedding day so we were free to relax and celebrate our daughter's wedding. I can not recommend Whitney enough - I will miss working with her!
