Ok so $135 per night. Not clean, TV so small you can barely see it on top of the shelf. Bed probably about 20 years old, still has old springs and sags. But I will say, water pressure was fabulous.
Air conditioner sounded like a jumbo jet!

Room was clean and reasonable size. ||Easy to park outside.||I booked over the phone and left my credit card as the office closed at 6.00||Arrived earlier about 5.30. Office staff not welcoming, rather short.||Notes on the door telling you what to do and not to do in rooms ie no candles nor cooking also pinned notes in rooms.||Whilst other travellers may not be as courteous as we are, it does get you offside before unpacking. ||Great shower. ||No electric blanket on single bed despite ot being freezing and mid winter. ||No microwave in room to make milo or noodles we planned in having. ||Camp kitchen down the back was available.

Disgraceful customer service. Upon arrival I rang the office bell to book in and get key. Screen door locked. I waited. Door opened. Woman peered at me through locked screen door. I said I’m here to book in. No greeting whatsoever. I said the door is looked. She finally opened it and let me in and said “of course the door is locked, it’s the front door”. “ I replied with a sarcastic remark “ Oh really, I thought it was the back door”. Treated me like I was a nuisance. I had to say again, I’m here for my booking. She points to the book and said in a rude tone, “fill out the book”. That will be $125. I paid by card. “ Make sure you’re out by 9.30” she rudely says.Key given. I left. Went to another Motel where my sisters were staying. At the time we booked there were only 2 rooms left, hence I booked into the Warrack. I told my sisters the disgusting way the woman treated me. We went back to their accommodation. Asked the owner if they may have had any cancellations. They did. I paid for the room at a reduced price considering I was treated badly at the Warrack. I then rang the Warrack and asked for a refund as I did not want to stay there. Yes I know what people are thinking. “As if” I was told no, because I had taken the key. I told her I would bring the key back and that I hadn’t even opened the room. I was told no, again and that they wouldn’t be able to get anyone else in the room. I didn’t argue. I told Michelle I would put a bad review on the site. Please, if you can, do not stay at the Warrack. My family and I have supported them for years. Not any more. No customer deserves to be treated in such an appalling way. I just had to let the money go. She got $125 for a non used room. I could not bare the thought of staying there. Received a lovely welcome from the other Motel. I think it was the Homestead. As you come in from Donald. It has the pool. Much better energy and customer service. This is my old home town. How sad.

Stayed here for two nights exceeded my expectations the rooms are immaculately clean & Coffee,Tea, Biscuits, Soaps, Shampoo etc: all provided and great amenities.

Very happy for the price.

Interesting reviews on the Warrack Motel, this is the second time l have stayed here and have never had a problem dealing with Stephen the owner.|Who l found willing to share is knowledge on where to eat and surrounding areas to visit.||What you see in the pictures of the motel is what you get no hidden surprises.|Clean room with comfortable bed, Hot shower, Fridge, toilet. Yes it's not the Hyatt Hotel but it did cover all my needs for a comfortable 7-night stay.|Great Location away from the main highway so you don't hear the freight trucks at night. Close to shopping area, Pubs, restaurants, service stations.||I do like Warracknabeal as it breaks up the trip from Melbourne, also use it as center point to visit the Silo Art Trail.|

Motel is nice and seemingly new/updated. Good hot water. Clean washer and dryer just $5 for a wash and dry. The man at the front desk Steve is a super nice person. Would stay here again.

Location of the motel is perfect, right by the river. Great for bird watching! Motel rooms are perfect for the price, are very clean and motel is well operated. There is a separate area with BBQ, pizza oven, is an outdoor area with tables and chairs and also a little cabin with table chairs, tv, books, cutlery etc. Is perfect set up and made our three days there feel like home. The motel operators are friendly and efficient. Thanks Steve we loved it mate will be back again next time!
