We stayed here for six nights and could get no room service. Except a change of towels after leaving the sign on the door for days. The owners are nowhere to be found. The motel is very outdated and rundown although the room we stayed in had been refreshed. Very small but the bed was comfortable and the room clean. No facilities to wash dishes and a very cramped space overall. The TV was not worth using as it was so tiny and the remote didn’t work. Despite being central to the town, it has nothing else to offer. And it was overpriced compared to services offered. Disappointing for such a pretty tourist town. Hopefully it will improve soon.

Rooms are clean and well looked after

Basic motel, reception and lounge area are very dated, but almost at the point of being retro cool.
Well priced and comfortable for what we needed which was just a bed to sleep on whilst in town for a wedding

Easy communication with the owners, accommodating late check in post family dinner and we were met with an amazing room. Being a farmer from the mountains I always struggle in town, the room was a recently renovated room and super cozy. The gardens, space around and views of the hills around made me feel at home. ||I’d happily stay there again. ||Room was spotless, comfie bed and very clean surrounds. ||I’m fussy as a traveler and can’t fault the lodge. Yep it’s old- but hey so am I!

Stayed here over the weekend as it was close to town/the golf course. Checking in was easy and Alan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, showing us everything we needed to know. The reception and lounge are absolutely stunning and cozy, definitely a lovely room to relax in with a vintage charm.
Our room was great as well. The beds were comfy and all came with electric blankets on them. The heater worked well and there was a toaster, kettle and fridge. The room was absolutely immaculate, especially the bathrooms (and shower! which is huge if you’re a regular traveler!).
My family and I were really happy with our visit and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Alan and Amy!

This is the second time we have stayed there. We love it. Allan and Amy are great hosts and checking in is so easy. The atmosphere is great with all the bird life in the morning it is great to lie I n bed and just listen to them. Warburton is a beautiful place and the motel is only a 5 minute walk to get food or to the river. Great spot to stay.

We arrived to nobody here, we checked in and then the owners left. Tried to call but phone went to voice mail and am still waiting for a call.. If you have any kind of health issue DO NOT STAY HERE. You have to go up and down hills and stairs to get to your room. There is no way to get to the lounge etc except to go outside and around the buildings and up the hill. Bucketing down with rain and no umbrellas available for use.

One night booking over Easter for $170. Warburton was booked out over Easter and this establishment had a room available so we took it. This is not luxury accomodation and is somewhat dated however was clean, comfortable and served our needs. The room was bit smallish but served our one night need perfectly. Room was very clean and provided your basic motel room needs. Must say the bed was very comfortable. Booking in was easy and staff did it with a smile. This is definitely not up market accomodation so lower your expectations and enjoy the venue for what it is. I would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend for those who are not accomodation snobs nor silver spoon knobs.

Good size room for a family of 3. Double bed and single bed with a tv and microwave, kettles, coffee and tea basics etc. Only downside was that our toilet was very loud when flushed and the water pressure for showers was very low
Location however was perfect and 2 min drive to cafes etc. Great for what we needed.
