Today for mothers day, I get that it was a busy day, but 1 barman in the bistro was rediculous, they neededat least 2 or 3.. and he was slower than my grandma, so i went to the gaming room. Meals were so slow half of my family waited 1.5 hours, and then one of the chicken schnitzel was so pink he couldn't eat it!

So glad we booked our Christmas lunch here. Staff were all amazing and hospitable the entire time. Great spread of food and was never going to run out. Thank you to all the staff for sacrificing your Christmas lunch with your family and friends and thank you for the little gift given to my child. Very much appreciated.

WHERE TO BEGIN?!!!! 😍 We attended this venue for a day time show with a disability support group and my oh my, the service was exemplary! We were so accommodated and cared for, we are so grateful. Big shoutout to the staff member Jo! Her smile and energy is infectious and truly made the day so amazing for our team.

Morning melody on Thursday . We had a great entertainer . Great service with great lunch with morning tea. It’s 10/10 Value for $ and our group of 17 are all came home with a happy experience. We are looking forward to our once a month visit .

Came for a meal with friends. 7 kids between us. Table outside of playground was great.
Meals were quick, service was exceptional and tasted great. Staff were very accommodating and had good sense of humor. Will differently visit again.

The food was average had grilled fish and salad, there was 2 pieces tomatoes more leaves and 2 small thin pieces of fish. We went to celebrate 2 birthdays
Asked the Asian man for serviettes, he was so stingy he gave us 3 serviettes and some of us had to tear it in half and share the serviettes. Wont be going there again😑

As far as very cheap accomodation, this place is batting above the average. I was really impressed what I got for the price! Food in the Bistro was good, pub fare and the service was good too. If you find yourself needing a nights accommodation I would recommend if you have a small budget

The Waltzing Matilda is located on a great place on Springvale road. Dylan served me and my family and was a great guy and very helpful with us making selections on the menu. Stayed in the motels, it was very affordable and a cozy environment. Great customer service and great venue. Highly recommend this place!
