Well worth the visit. Sounds and some smells that take you back to a memory in time. Great displays. Photographic competition on display as well.
The counter staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Great little cafe and very clean ammenities.

Fantastic exhibition. The original manuscript of WM was the absolute highlight. Full of information about the history of the region. The health related exhibit was a personal favourite.

Considering they lost everything in a fire in 2015, the new museum is pretty special.
A lot of work has gone into the design of the building. Also, the compilation of information & items is just incredible.
Well worth a visit & you should come away singing Waltzing Matilda.

We went through the centre a few years ago, before it burnt down. Very happy with the new centre, we think it is much better. It is also much easier to read the descriptions of each exhibit, better lighting, larger print. Well done Winton.

We really enjoyed the Waltzing Matilda Centre. Interactive exhibits kept the children entertained and every part prompted thought and raised questions, then answered them.

We were so captivated we had to come back the next day to see everything.
