Excellent service by two gentleman. Being open 8:30pm on Saturday was a life saver. Looks to be a new setup so some shelves weren’t fully stocked - to be expected.

Late night life saver!

I hadn’t been to Wal’s Pharmacy at Warilla in about 15 years until the other day b/c I live interstate. I went in earlier this week.
What a terrible man the Pharmacist is! When I entered the store he was shouting at the Lady serving a customer at the counter and being mean, rude and completely unprofessional. His shouting reprimand continued without missing a beat until I was served. The employee was in tears but still serving.
I don’t care what angered him, speaking to anyone that way is out of order and if she required a reprimand for whatever reason, it could have happened in private, not while she was serving customers in the store.
Poor form, take your money and business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service, my partner called up to ask a question about a medication needed and got spoken to in a very unprofessional and rude manner.

Never seen anything like it. Don't know how it is still open - tax write off.
They need to sell it to one of the bigger franchises that know how to manage a fully functional pharmacy to serve the community.

Tried to purchase Bandaids today, not in stock. Shocked - a bandaids product...Shelves bare every isle. This is obviously now a long term issue which is is sad for a Business that has had such a long term relationship with the local community.
Strong Local support is needed to assist the Business back to it's origin

The opening hours of this pharmacy are such an awesome community service, and I find the after-hours staff extremely courteous and helpful. They also offer free delivery which has been SO helpful from time to time when we've really needed it. The actual owner of the pharmacy must have a bad credit rating or something with their wholesalers because the shelves are often quite bare, but the staff do the best with what they have and my family and I really appreciate all they do.
