If you only have time to visit the Olga’s and do one hike this would be the one! So beautiful, peaceful and not hard at all!

It is so beautiful a place that you must visit it. Even kids can walk with lots of fun. There is a stream with countless tadpoles in it.

Another spectacular short hike through some truly stunning terrain. Like its famous neighbor, Uluru, Kata Tjuta’s rugged rock formations shift in color as the light changes throughout the day—nature’s own mood lighting.

For a picture-perfect farewell, head to the viewing platform on the way out from Ayers Rock Resort and watch the sun cast its final glow over the landscape. Just be mindful of the heat—when we hiked in the afternoon, it was a blistering 43°C, and we ended up helping a fellow hiker who had become delirious from the sun. A bit of shade, some rest, and plenty of water saved the day, but it was a stark reminder: even on short hikes, hats and hydration are non-negotiable.

Just so impressive!!!!
The whole walk was filled with wonder as the walls got ever deeper and steeper with massive rock falls dotted all around.
It was great to see running water and a healthy flora growing. I bet it looks way different in the summer.
The walk is pretty easy, a gradual rise over uneven ground up to the final viewpoint when you finally see down the valley.
A must visit!

This is a stunning walk leading to a must see viewing platform so make sure that you go to the end and just absorb the peace and serenity. It's a gradual uphill climb but not strenuous approximately one hour's walk from the car park. The path is very rocky and uneven so good walking shoes are a must. There is a very small stream to cross and seats scattered along the walk if a rest spot is needed along the way. We went in May at sunrise so it was very cold and can be windy so make sure you rug up well. The walk was fun and is highly recommended.

Good size carpark to start the walk - no toilets.

Walk is predominantly uphill into the gorge over natural rock formation - need to check your footing as you go once inside the gorge, mainly down hill to the end of the walk.

We did in late pm & very shaded & cool - still lots of flies. Very picturesque & you get up close to the rocks, including boulders that have fallen over the years, allowing close examination of their make-up.

Fairly easy walk & worth doing & only a few km to the picnic area/sunset viewing/toilets.
