Not particularly happy with the service they provide, ordered 2 boxes and only received 1, then discovered once I went to the post office, that they were out of stock.
I understand the availability issue but I would appreciate a call or a follow-up before to proceed with the order.
They didn't accept the return for a refund only waived the delivery cost , still have to source another box for the project and not much time now.

Excellent cooperation from Tim, as Ingenia Gardens sought to replace a faulty Combi Oven. A variety of quotes provided to suit our needs - they were very patient. Then supply / install / service has been second to none! Recommend these guys for any commercial kitchen need.

Adrian and Paul at Wagga Catering are true professionals. They run a great shop with a focus on customer service. Purchased a coffee machine for business use earlier in the year. Been really happy with it. Had a small tech issue yesterday. Adrian sent out a tech in a matter of minutes to resolve the issue and service the machine under warranty. Nothing is a drama with them. Highly recommend!

Great service. We recently visitted here to buy containers to sell cookies, fudge and chocolates. The staff were patient and quite happy to help us. It is layed out quite well and is easy to find your way around. If you own a catering business, don't look past Wagga Catering Equipment as they have almost everything you will need.

We are disappointed with the service we have received from wagga catering.. We bought a brand new cake display fridge which was faulty from day one with absolutely no help with having our fridge replaced or repaired.. When we try to call we are spoken to rudely and hung up on.. I would not recommend this business to anyone at all..
