Friendly staff with a smile and a chat who know their products and can tell you more. The sourdough is freshly made and the selection of pates, sauces, cheeses, gourmet hot foods, drinks, relishes - the list goes on!
We were recommended to buy from here by Millgrove Truffle (farm) who mentioned their pates and ice creams were delicious. They weren’t wrong. We were a little unsure of which ice cream to try but luckily a couple of flavours were available to sample. Who would’ve thought lemon and rosemary pairs with olive oil I can definitely recommend this flavour of ice cream! I likely wouldn’t have bought this flavour had it not been for the sample as it really doesn’t sound like it would work but it does. Quince paste is delicious too. So many delicious goods. As expected for gourmet wares, you pay a little more, but every now and then we treat ourselves. Thankyou!

We savoured the Spanish omelette crowned with freshly shaved truffle and the gourmet pork, duck, and truffle sausage roll. Both dishes were exceptional, showcasing the truffle's earthy aroma and flavour. The chocolate hazelnut truffle brownie was simply divine, striking a perfect balance between rich chocolate and delicate truffle notes.

What sets this café apart is the option to add truffle shavings to any menu item, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in this local delicacy. The truffles are sourced from nearby farms, epitomising the farm-to-table concept.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, offering insightful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Their passion for truffles and local produce was evident in every interaction.

The coffee was superb, complementing the truffle-infused dishes perfectly.

I'm already planning my next visit to try the rhubarb and pistachio frangipane, the persimmon and passion fruit custard tart, and the truffle gelato. For those seeking a fuller truffle experience, the Truffle Hill wines nearby offers truffle hunting tours - a must-try for any foodie!

WA Truffle Collective isn't just a café, it's a celebration of Manjimup's truffle heritage. Whether you're a truffle aficionado or a curious first-timer, this place offers a memorable taste of one of Western Australia's most prized culinary treasures.

Parking is ample, free and easily accessible for the elderly, wheelchair and mobility aid users.

Had a coffee and a sausage roll this morning! Coffee was smooth and perfect temperature for my taste but the sausage roll OMG, It was pork and pistachio, (I wouldn’t be the best person to describe) and plum tomato sauce. it was the best SR I have ever had.

This place is so lovely! Great spot for lunch and a coffee with delicious baguettes, tarts and pies. They also serve and sell truffle terrines and rillettes that are really tasty. Highly recommend while visiting Manjimup.

Coffee needs a little work, I thought. Maybe I was unlucky to get a coffee just before machine was clean? Still oh my gosh, beautiful things with quinces and chillis and other seasonal delights. Only frangipane tart I have had that was actually succulent, deliciously quincey. Beautiful vanilla ice cream. Looking forward to another visit.

Just had a lovely sourdough roasted vege baguette for lunch…yom yom yom. And hubby had the jamon- equally nice. The yellow pea miso tasted yumm oh, along with the Kasundi. Many thanks for the tasty delights.

Small Cafe with some unique products - bought a delicious hot sauce, honey, and a few random things like truffle miso mediera sauce. Food looked good but didn't stop for lunch.
