The sales assistants are very nice, friendly and professional.
Angus was very nice who helped me to find which Cello is the best for me. I bought a beautiful Paganini ones, love it.
After sales is also great!

They have a wide range of Violins and Cellos.
(Due to the Covid, I heard it's difficult to import Pianos from Japan for everywhere, but when I went to the shop on Sat., 29/01, I saw many pianos🌸🎹)

Also, I love the shop's atmosphere, very classic like European kind of style.

When I upgrade my Cello, I'll definitely buy it from them. I've already talked about your shop to my high school music students. Of course, I would recommend to others too. 🤗

I brought my Cello to see if I have to change to new strings as the sound was very strange when I played it.

They instantly could tell that the bridge must have knocked down out of position, so he adjusted to the upper right position on the spot! 😃

Their service is very professional and friendly. You always feel warm welcomed! 💓

Last, they have more options of beautiful pianos. I think the pandemic is kind of over, and it is easier to import pianos from Japan now. 🎹

What a great little find. Tucked away in Innaloo. This little gem was able to serve myself (and ultimately my 13 yr old daughter) for her last minute saxophone needs. Served by the very professional and knowledgeable Jay, the transaction (hire of said Sax) was seamless and customer service was excellent. Initial contact and response with Sara over email was also swift and precise. Thank you guys for a great experience and can’t believe I have never heard of you till now!

Referred by private music teacher for student instrument hire. Staff have been fast, knowledgeable and customer focused on all visits.

I particularly like their 'type of instrument hire' model. i.e. your hiring access to that type of instrument (in any size), not the instrument you first collect. When your child grows to the next size up instrument, you just call to see when the size you require will be available in the hire stock, then go in and exchange it. Your hire contract still stands and the staff who've served me to date 'just made it happen'.
