Did order some chef uniforms with them and they don’t have chef pants in stock and told us to send to us another week since 26/08/23 and now 27/09/23 1 month already my pants don’t arrive yet and always said coming soon and coming soon. Always have an excuse if I need to use ASAP what should I do

Great customer service from WAHS. I ordered a knife as a replacement for one lost from a knife block. It wasn't in stock so they offered to order it in from over east, and offered alternatives in case this wasn't a viable option. A week later we ended up finding the knife before the order had arrived and they gave me a refund despite the inconvenience caused. Really appreciate the cooperation, I'll be returning for all my kitchenware needs.

Bought a motorised salt grinder there a few years back. A design flaw caused it to malfunction in Summer when the salt crystals sweat. Took it back for either replacement, repair or refund and that's the last I saw of it. The gentleman serving me wrote down my details in a notebook, I revisited twice and he couldn't find my details. Just gave up in the end. Good customer service costs nothing. Over the years I would have spend over a thousand dollars there, but that's where it ends.

EDITED: A complete misunderstanding - who knew Perth was in a different timezone to Melbourne (everyone but me!) Emails have now been exchanged & refund is being processed 🙂

Trying to obtain a refund from them for something I ordered online that they have no stock on. Phone number just rings out & if it does pick up it just hangs up on me. No email communication. I think they have ripped me off.

Found two products on the web site I wished to purchase. Travelled some distance to visit the store and make the purchase. Both products out of stock. When I suggested that the web site should reflect the stock availability I was told that it is not what they are capable of doing.
