Rob & the team at Volks Auto are beyond the best mechanical business I've ever dealt with. Rob explains things so clearly & is so professional. He finds the best option at a great price and goes above and beyond. If you have a car that Volks Auto can work on then you'd be crazy to go elsewhere. I couldnt recommend them more highly!

This is my go-to shop for Volkswagen and Audi repairs and I have had VWs for 15 years! I had a broken sunroof, and the team squeezed me in over the weekend to replace it quickly. They always take time to explain the work in detail, and their prices are fair. What stands out most is their great attitude—just a couple of guys who opened their own shop and clearly love what they do. Highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough of Steve and Rob at Volks Auto. Had an issue with my Vw Touareg leaking oil suddenly . I spoke to Rob he was happy for me to come down on short notice so he could have a quick look. He found the problem ,fixed it and I was on my way again What a service. Definitely will be going back. Quality service and very reasonable priced. Thanks Rob and Steve.

Thank you, Rob and the team, for your valuable advice regarding my VW car. Rob didn’t even charge me when I first approached him about the issue. He generously took the time to explain the problem and suggested that I return another day for a proper inspection. After the inspection, he provided me with a rough estimate for the required parts and labor. I am genuinely pleased with the excellent service and support I received from Rob and the team. Outstanding mechanic, Rob is very knowledgeable and has long-standing expertise across the whole Volkswagen motor series including Audi. Services are very reasonably priced and I can highly recommend his work.

I can't thank Rob enough. He helped diagnose my issue over the phone, went the absolute extra mile in driving out to get me a part at 30 minutes notice, and helped me out on the price as well. Without Rob I'd still be stuck on the side of the road! I live in Melbourne and had never heard of Volks Auto, but I'm now considering driving out here for my regular services.
