Communication throughout the process was good, and while the finished products took a little extra time to deliver they were worth the wait. We’re so happy we were able to capture our unforgettable wedding day on video and have all of the speeches and ceremony moments available for us to relive over and over again - and Jesse helped make that a reality!

What a treat it was to work with Jesse. He’s talented, creative, and adds a unique flavor to your wedding. Jesse takes his job seriously and it shows with the high quality equipment that he uses. His drone footage provided some fantastic footage of our wedding. Jesse carved time out of his schedule multiple times to meet us in person to get to know us as a couple to prepare for the wedding. Having these early introductions and conversations helped alleviate day-of-wedding stress. Jesse welcomed us each day of our wedding with a bright smile and offered help on multiple occasions if we needed any. He came to our venue early to scope out the property and gain an understanding of where events would take place, helping to visualize it before capturing it.

The videos that he created for us are truly breathtaking. The entire wedding weekend was captured perfectly and the story he put together on film is incredible. Working with Jesse and his team at Visual Event Films was one of the GREATEST decisions we made! Jesse crafted an unforgettable masterpiece that encapsulated our love story in breathtaking detail.

We chose his "Full Story Wedding Videography Package" as it offered something that no other videographer did: a one-of-a-kind, unique, personal wedding video that encompassed our entire story. Jesse met with us multiple times before the wedding to listen to our stories and learn our backgrounds. His dedication and talent in storytelling is unmatched as he used this information to create a narrative that encompassed our most important themes and values. He even scouted beautiful locations where we filmed an additional day (outside of our wedding day) with us. These extra clips added SO much to our video because it highlighted our true personalities and us doing our favorite things together.

The quality of Jesse's equipment is phenomenal: his cameras filmed every single moment with precision and detail. The vivid colors and and rich contrasts could be seen in every clip, and looked as if we were in a real movie. There were slow motion shots that are crystal clear and stunning. Lastly, Jesse and his team were easy to contact and very prompt throughout the wedding day. They were at every location, prepared and ready.

We are forever grateful we went with Visual Event Films - they are are the best of their kind in the tristate area!

Jesse and the Visual Event Films team did an unbelievable job on our narrative driven wedding video. It is unique, captivating, and satisfyingly “us”. He and the team went above and beyond to capture film representative of our relationship both before and during our wedding day – going so far as to join us on a 2+ hour hike to the summit of a nearby mountain.

Jesse himself is not only a talented videographer, but a wonderful person. He spent multiple zoom calls with us to go through the plan for the wedding day to make sure they captured everything we wanted, interviewing us to get a sense of who we are and what’s important to us, and even explaining his design process. He never rushed us off the call, and we always felt he fully and honestly answered our questions.

Jesse and his team offered us this wonderful option of the “narrative-driven wedding video”. Rather than a more traditional wedding video that recaps the day in its entirety, they used cinematography as a medium to communicate subtle and profound elements of our relationship and values that would otherwise have likely been absent from the piece. The Visual Event Films team created a work of art that we treasure, and find ourselves watching over and over again.

Jesse is outstanding!! He took the time to get to know us before our wedding day to make sure he understood us as a couple and what vibe we were looking for. On the day of the event, he showed up earlier than he needed to to make sure he captured all of our special moments. He and his assistant were super professional and efficient. Jesse was also incredibly creative in directing each shot. He worked with our venue and the special things it had to offer. Not to mention his use of drones is insane! We recently received our wedding video and we’re blown away. This isn’t your typical wedding video, it’s a work of art. The way he composed it was more like a love story/fairytale.
