We came here for our son’s 10th birthday! Everyone had a blast and the kids loved it. Staff were very kind and helpful, Casey was an absolute legend with the kids. Will come back for sure, thanks for making our day special 🙏

Was advised when booking to arrive 15 minutes early then sat there to nearly 10 minutes after our start time. The lady on counter was friendly and polite. When previously doing VR escape rooms we were all in our own private room and it was fantastic this facility is open plan. I could hear voices and the noise around me that was very distracting, I couldn’t concentrate. I’m a bit technologically challenged and didn’t feel a lot of help was offered. I would definitely recommend VR escape room experience but I wouldn’t return to this facility in a hurry.

Went there a couple days ago, had a 12pm session booked. By 12:20pm, I was constantly calling for help with the headset on as it kept turning off and I couldn’t start a game together with my friend. Finally took the headset off and noticed staff was chatting with someone at the counter. Stood there for another 5 mins and finally had him come over. While he was checking mine, my friend’s turned off too and we were getting the notification that something’s battery was low. Anyway, he spent another 5ish mins trying to reconnect the headsets. We asked for a refund and left. Ruined our plans and the whole space is extremely small. Although staff’s behaviour was okay, this place needs some improvements.

Came in for an hour session when it opened at 10am and was in the vr headset with little delay.
VR setup was very well done, with VIVE pros with a wireless attachment meant the only cable in the whole system was a power cable to a fist sized battery, which you just put in your pocket. Very lightweight and convenient, helps to maintain immersion.

Lots of good game options, they let you choose the games you want with the ingame menus so you dont have to keep asking the guys, except for a few games like beat saber.

They have a car simulator and motion simulator as well for those who want a different sort of VR experience. Quite affordable compared to some equivalent arcades
