We were there on Monday the 28th of January and got excellent service from the staff member. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. The store has a very large range of whisky. Not cheap but if you check the specials you can buy very smart.

I went to this bottle shop expecting it to be open until 9 pm as per its Google profile. To my disappointment, when I arrived at 8:30 pm, the shop was already closed. It's frustrating when a business doesn't stick to its advertised hours, and it left me annoyed.

Unhelpful staff, they don’t know their products. I asked for help and I was “served” by a middle aged curly red haired woman who was very rude. I never felt so mistreated before. First, she got upset because according to her she could not understand what I was saying because of my face mask so I had to take it off and I asked her for something they have published on the website and this lady was not aware at all of what they sell.
Dan murphys is so much better.

I like that they give a $10 six pack 'special' when spending over $30. A few of the older staff don't always come across as polite, helpful or friendly. After one incident, I stopped going here weekly for about 2 yrs.

Never have I been so offended or have I been so mistreated! I took my daughter into the store with me after she had been the gym. I was buying a bottle of wine for myself. My daughter is age 20, however they would not serve me due to the fact that she did not have her ID on her. A very large and rude man along with a ugly curly haired women told me that it was clear that I was going to serve a minor alcohol. This is something that I would never do. They continued to tell me I was being a poor mother and that was not setting a good example. I was so upset with the way I was treated and can not believe that this is how this company is ran. I do not recommend that anyone ever shop here as they will not care about you as a customer, nor will they care about you as a human being. I am outraged with this company!

Poor range of beers, overpriced wine. Dan Murphys so much cheaper huge range at Manly Vale easy parking underneath. Drive 3 minutes from vintage cellars on Condamine Street nxt to KFC save heaps $$$$
