Had a great experience with Vina Minibus Service. Easy and reliable airport transfers, both drop off and pick up are on time and the trip was smooth and speedy. The minibus was clean with friendly and helpful drivers. Prices are reasonable and great communication too!

Fantastic reliable professional & on time.
My family and I used this company for a return trip, we were picked up from home and taken to the international airport.
1 month later picked up from the airport and bought safely back home.
The complete process from booking to the actual days were faultless,everything ran smoothly.
We had 2 different drivers on the occasions however they were both pleasant professional,helpful & on time.
We researched various companies for quotes, this was the best quote and in my opinion a fantastic service.
Fairly priced.
We will most definitely use their service again.
Highly recommended, give this company an opportunity for your future transport arrangements.

Cannot speak highly enough about this company. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Drivers were great, in particular Paul who was just so friendly and helpful They took us to cruise terminal and when we arrived back the bus was ready when we got off the ship. Plenty of room for lugguage and there were 18 of us. Thankyou we will be booking again.

I have been using Vina for many years and they never disappointed, it's so easy to book and they are always on time. The staff are all excellent, reliable, professional & always on time. No stress whatsoever and best value for money. Communication is the best and they are all honest we always forget something they always return it, they also provide child seats.
I use for airport and ship transfersthey are the best and thank youall so much.

Driver was using his phone while on the highway and kept swerving out of his lane. The quality of the vehicles suck and the suspension is so stiff. Driver doesn’t slow down for speed bumps either

I just had the best experience with Vina's Mini Bus Service! They picked us up from Sydney International Airport on time and dropped us off safely and comfortably. Vina Minibus Service had great customer service. The booking process was very easy and they were so prompt with their reply. The drivers were very professional and also helped with the luggage. We were travelling with children and the extra hands was so helpful. Part of our group returned at a later date and forgot to book return pick up and Vina Minibus were so helpful woth organising pick up with such short notice. Highly recommend Vina Minibus Service and will definitely be using them again in future. Thank you Vina Minibus for your exceptional service.

If I could give 0 I would. I would give MINUS 5 stars. Worse transport service I have ever had. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. A group of 19 people had to wait more than 2 hours at the airport and when they finally arrived they brought a bus for 9 people ! With no clear time on when future buses would come to transport the rest of the group. No apologies, no nothing. The company was booked before the holiday and all flight information was provided in advance. The company was contacted multiple times with no clear time of arrival ever given, just “we are coming”.
When the bus arrived it was run down and stunk.
Would never consider this company and would tell people to avoid.
