Yen and her team did my ceremony beyond my expectation. I gave her idea of what I want and she planned and decorated very well and organised. She was very helpful and her team were fantastic in setting up everything and cleaning right after the event ended. Vietcharm team are extremely helpful in helping us organise a beautiful wedding within 2 months including sourcing the DJ ,multilingual MC, special effects and decorations etc all at such short notice. Chloe and Anna kept us updated throughout the process and quick to response to any of our queries, which was a huge stress reliever.

Vietcharm team were also present at our wedding to ensure everything was running smoothly behind the scenes.

I was beyond lucky reaching out to Vietcharm Events on a last minute basis. Such a fantastic organization and great support ❤️ My partner and I decided to do a full month party at the end of week so it was only a one week notice for Vietcharm. At first I thought it wasn’t possible because I did reach out to other places beforehand and they all said that it wasn’t possible, so blessed that Chloe prepared and ordered everything based on my preference and as I showed up on that day I was amazed 😍 just WOW😍 I would definitely reach out to them again for my future events

I had messaged prior to booking, asking if they have my size in stock. She said yes they do so I booked an appointment to try on some dresses.

I drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived, she said there was only 1 dress in my size there.
The dress was obviously used because it was torn on the side and it definitely not my size either.
She then had the nerve to tell me that they don't stock my size much and it's often custom made!

I am a size Australian 14. I understand that my size isn't common for Viet Ao Dai and are often custom made, which is why I had messaged asking if they had my size prior.

Wasted hours of my day for nothing.

Just be honest from the beginning and tell me you don't have my size.

I found another place that did stock my size and had so many designs in my size too!
