Ideal for gatherings with friends and family, but not recommended for young children, this restaurant has undergone significant changes. Once expansive, it's now condensed with only terrace space for dining. The interior has transformed into a club and karaoke bar, signaling a shift in ambiance.

Under new management and a revamped kitchen team, we explored their entirely new menu. While the food is decent and reasonably priced, it lacks a distinctive touch—except for the standout salt and pepper prawns 🦐. To truly stand out, they should invest more in crafting a menu that goes beyond the ordinary, offering unique options that step outside their comfort zone.

What stood out positively was the improved service. Unlike the previous experience where our order seemed forgotten, this time, the new staff ensured a more prompt and accurate service. As an Asian casual spot, they excel in meeting expectations—correct orders and fulfilling requests without the need for extraordinary service. It’s all about getting what you asked for, and this time, they delivered.

We came in a group of 8 ppl and had dinner before going to karaoke room.
Not recommend for food if you intend to dining here.
We ordered the "Hen xúc bánh đa", Tum yum hot pot, fried rice with seafood, Viet Pho crispy chicken feet, the mung bean noodle stired fry with crab, and fried tofu. To be honest, we knew "hen xuc banh da" is imported frozen ingredient, however you can taste the smell of "hến" so bad. Maybe it was not prepared properly. The fresh chopped shallot was too much in it too. We hope it should be fried garlic or cook a bit longer for giant shallot like that.
The tofu and crispy chicken feet were above standard among the other dishes while the rest of the dishes were just ok.
The wait staff were nice and polite. However accidently brought out a dirty glass to our table.
When we paid the karaoke bill, there was mislead of the price charge according to the information at the premise that we have been invoiced for $90 per hour (small room) instead $70. When we asked, " we came on Friday, it is weekdays rate not weekend rate, pls change the price". The receptionist said "in here, weekdays are Monday to Thursday, Friday-Sat-Sunday is weekend". !?
We told them we will pay for Friday with weekend rate, but the price guide must be updated clearly say "Monday to Thursday is $70 for small room, Friday to Sunday is $90 instead, as noone says Friday is weekend".

Great atmosphere, good dining experience. Seating in large groups on long tables weren't the best for food sharing or communicating.
Otherwise food wise, excellent. The seafood dishes are beautifully presented and tasted very nice.
Fried egg noodles and fried rice noodles are delicious. Fried rice was up at the top.
Complementary karaoke session also.
Great way to end the night.

In summary, great for large groups, good food, good vibes and complimentary karaoke with large orders.

I recently had the pleasure of dining and karaoke at Viet Pho, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort.

The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, making sure we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. The menu offered a variety of options, and every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

The attention to detail and the overall vibe of the restaurant made it a truly memorable experience. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Viet Pho to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Booked 30ppl dinner for an 80th. The place looked nothing like the photos, and was only informed upon arrival that recent renovations had turned it from traditional seating into a nightclub. This was highly disappointing as it was completely inappropriate for both the occasion and the children present. The worst part was that the stools were too tall for the high tables, making them impractical and uncomfortable for dining.

The service was inattentive and disorganised; there was a disco light shining directly in our faces, which we had to ask the staff to turn off instead of them noticing it beforehand. There was no clearing away of empty plates, leaving us with very little space and the table cluttered. The food was sub-par, with the exception of the spicy hot pot. The karaoke system kept deleting our song queue and playing random Vietnamese songs, the staff blamed it on the poor Wi-Fi connection and didn’t offer any permanent solution.

We personally will not be coming back.

Favourite restaurant of my whole family. Reasonable price, proper portion, great ambience and good customer service. Must try dishes: chicken feet salad, deep fried barramundi with green mango, grilled chicken, salted fish fried rice and deep fried fish with tamarind sauce. Plus their restaurant is very spacious, excellent for social distancing

• I like their karaoke setting. I don't know if you can just enjoy karaoke itself or you have to have meals there to have this benefit. I know if you reach certain cost for the meal, you will have free karaoke. Or else, ask the staffs for more info.

• The service is pretty efficient. Just a suggestion to the night service that it would be helpful if you can direct us the way out instead of letting us figure out ourself.

• It's pretty spacious with many tables. Not sure about peak hours, booking ahead if you would like to do so.

• Personally, food and price is pretty average. Of course, it's better if you share or go there with a group because the portion is a bit more than an average person's capacity. At the time I went here, some ingredients were out. Hopefully, it doesn't happen often.

• There are 3 car parkings around, plus street parking. So it should be fine. Dinner will be great for vacant parking slots.
