I attended my brother’s wedding yesterday aboard the Victoria Star boat. While the owner was friendly and helpful from the very beginning, the experience on the day was quite disappointing.

What was promised by the event management team was not delivered. Communication was chaotic, and we were not informed about the pick-up location for guests so our guests had to walk from one end to another. Our Grandpa was walking over to board and they displayed extreme hesitation to just wait and let an old man on a walking stick board before making him walk over to the other pickup point. Several other details were also mishandled.

The manager on duty was particularly unprofessional. Despite the apparent miscommunication between him and the event manager, his response to our requests for support was unacceptable. He frequently used foul language, snapped at us, and displayed an extremely poor attitude, making an already stressful situation worse.

Overall, while the venue itself has potential, the lack of professionalism from the event staff tarnished the experience.

The boat and party were pretty good besides the boat saying it was leaving at 7pm and coming back at 10:30pm instead it left at 8pm and still came back at 10:30pm It also said on the website that pizza and nibbles were included but all I saw was empty pizza boxes and no food anywhere sadly so had to buy food after we got off the boat. Overall the boat itself was really nice.

The worst New Year’s Eve I have ever had. No service, no food, we left for the cruise around 10:30 pm instead of 9pm .
They should have said that they going to have only some gross food and we need to wait in the queue for ages .No tables and no chairs . I wish I never got these tickets . We ended up to go to a McDonald’s for dinner around 2 AM. So hungry and tired. Please let people know about your service before you take their money.
Guys please be aware of their service.
