Bought some souvenir T-Shirts here. The sales person helped me with checking the sizes. I normally get XL here in Australia but for some reason the size for that T-Shirts here seemed to be either 2XL or 3XL. In any case I was happy with the assistance and purchase at the L size.

Beautiful gifts and souvenirs to take home, plenty of information available and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff - what more could you want! The Whale Centre is also here but we were short on time so missed it but it looked fabulous, we'll definitely be back for that next time ?

I’m a regular visitor of information centers. This one I will never return to! The information man was incredibly rude asked if I spoke English. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t know what to do so I left. The pamphlets are organised in a way you need help find anything. Some coding system u like any other information center I’ve been in. I returned the following day to find he was on duty again. I didn’t feel I could face him again.

Jeff was such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ambassador for the area. He was super helpful to us and gave us lots of information. Not only for Victor Harbor but other places around including Kangaroo Island. What an asset he is to the Visitor centre. Well done Jeff!
