We’ve always had such great experience at Vics! They’re very accommodating to dietary requirements. Gluten free menu is amazing and they really do take allergies seriously! We got there pretty early, maybe 5.50pm. There were maybe 15 people in the place with about 4 serving staff.
The staff were behaving oddly. Lots of giggling and sharing whispered secret jokes and avoiding customers. A couple of the young waitresses were behaving like pre-teens pretending to be waitresses. Of course with all this weirdness going on they mucked up/forgot an order. It took a while for the food to come out. The food was OK. My barramundi was nice except it was the size of two fish fingers. Over all I'd give the place a miss.

Very disappointing tonight. I ordered the rib eye cooked to Medium with chips and vegetables. The steak was very well done and tough. On top of that I received a salad instead of vegetables. For $65, I want to receive what I ordered. Also ordered a mixed drink, which was more than 3/4 ice of a glass of ice. Have been there a lot lately and it is normally on point. Tonight was a very different experience.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Vics Food & Wine. The attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. Not only did they graciously provide a bowl of water for my furry companion, but the vegetable soup and chicken Caesar salad were nothing short of delicious. The ambiance added a beautiful touch to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Vics for their warm hospitality and outstanding culinary offerings.

Dined in for dinner, meal was cooked amazing and staff were so attentive and friendly. It can get a little noisy though when the restaurant is full. I was disappointed they ran out of ingredients for me to try the Nutella calzone so I will have to hang out until next time. Love eating out here, one of the best consistent restaurants in Sunbury.

Went here for takeaway chips and iced chocolate LACTOSE FREE! On a Friday night.
The Manager who served us, Matt I think is his name. He was not pleasant!, sort of rude and condescending when I asked if Vics was affiliated with little Vics in Riddles creek. He answered as a NO not at all! Anyways he took my money and 10 15 minutes later we were handed Luke warm chips and an iced chocolate that my daughter drank and felt so sick afterwards she was convinced they used normal milk. We won’t be back
