love the atmosohere in this gym, the staff are incredible and are always helpful and friendly.
Genesis offer group classes and always make you feel welcome and comfortable which is definitely important for those new to the gym or area.
could not be happier with the prices and payment plans.
ladies only area is a great idea for those who are comfortable in a smaller and less exposed area.

After many years of putting off “the gym” due to work and family commitments, I finally joined. Since joining in June 19 I have found Genesis class timetable allows me to fit the gym into my schedule and if not I have access to the ladies only area. I was given 2 free Pt sessions on signing up which I found gave me the confidence to be in the gym.Bryce (pt trainer) worked with my abilities and encourages me to continue being the best I can. I love the classes in a private, air conditioned room and have found everyone at welcoming and supportive. I am so glad I joined and now look forward to my workouts.

Great place to exercise, friendly staff, great members who help and give great advice. Very well done classes. If your looking for some PT, id highly recommend Bryce, he was able to show me how to improve my routine and improved the way i did the exercises. The only downside of Genesis Gym is they don' t tell you how much it is to cancel.

Only just joined Genesis Gym with the family, after attending another gym and can say they are chalk and cheese in how there operated, Genesis staff are very friendly and accommodating, equipment variety is second to none, and you don’t have to wait.
The gym is huge, and prices are competitive with others in area only you get more bang for your buck.
Would highly recommend any body to join, you won’t be disappointed.

Genesis is probably one of the better gyms in the Illawarra. Excellent facilities with a huge range of equipment to cover just about any workout you could imagine. Also really great staff who are helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is also very nice with a great bunch of regulars in the gym. I've been to many gyms and this is not always the case.

Joined this gym on a $5 four week special and had an unpleasant experience with a personal trainer. Emailed the company stating my case and telling them I felt uncomfortable going to this gym. I requested a cancellation of my membership which was accepted by the manager. I asked that no more money gets taken out of my account as I was not able to go to their gym under the circumstances. 1 week later not only did they take out the gym fees but charged me the full membership. No direct apology from the personal trainer either. Emailed and requested a refund no reply. This is so typical of what is in my opioion a dodgy gym.

Genesis Albion Park has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Group Trainers and PT classes are awesome especially if your wanting great results.
I highly recommend this Gym for all it has to offer.
