It’s so hard to know where to even begin! Working with Veronica was the best decision we made in our wedding planning BY FAR and she truly made the whole process not only stress-free, perfectly executed, thoughtful, organized, and beautiful BUT actually really fun and enjoyable. No words will do justice to how great Veronica and her team are.

Veronica is just a very special person and supremely talented at what she does, not only the organizational and design skills but with people and relationships. She is warm, inviting, fun, not intimidating (in the world of weddings which is kind of intimidating!), kind, and brings the best vibes. I truly looked forward to every wedding meeting where V was present, how many can say that?! Our crew really enjoyed the wedding planning process and had fun doing so, and it is all thanks to V. Literally after every wedding meeting my mom, the groom, and I would all text each other saying something to the ends of “Wow Veronica is just so great isn’t she, we’re so lucky.”

We are so amazed at how flawlessly V executed our vision and our event logistics. Our guests shared that it was “no friction” and “the best run wedding they’d ever been to” – no one ever had to wait for a drink, there was always enough food, and the flow was seamless. V made sure that our top priority of a fun dance party happened, she worked the timeline, picked the right vendors and day of ensured that this would be the case and it was! In terms of design, we had a bit of a wacky vision and brief and it came together in a way that completely amazed us - we can’t stop looking at photos just being so proud and grateful to how V was able to have it all come together literally exactly what we envisioned and more!

At the baseline planner role, V and team check all the boxes and then some. She always let us know what we had to do and when and was clear about payments and deadlines. The timeline provided from day 1 had us feeling like we were always doing something but never overwhelmed. She recommended amazing vendors and always provided a variety of price points and styles, and would take the time to explain the different options and never shied away from sharing her POV on what she thought would be best for us and the experience, given our vision. We never felt stressed or like we didn't know something. Veronica was always so communicative and responded super promptly, on every mode of communication, and not just from me as the bride but to my parents and the groom as well. V herself was present for every single meeting with a vendor and had meetings with us each month and then some.

It felt like V became a close friend, trusted partner and confidante to all of us in the crew.

Veronica was a "joy" to work with. She was on top of every detail from the beginning, excellent with spacing out planning, accommodating everyone's schedules, eager to solve any issues and go the extra mile when necessary. She managed all the vendors and absorbed any stress to shield us from the logistics of planning. She took my daughter's vision and made it come alive. Her organization skills were amazing and kept us on track with budgeting and payments. the day of the wedding she kept us moving with ease despite funky weather and unexpected blips. She did all the above with a smile on her face and joy in her heart. She really does love creating a memorable event. Her passion is obvious in every detail. I couldn't be more grateful.

Veronica and her team are the best partners, planners, and positive forces out there. Best decision ever. We picked our venue in September and VJE came on board in October for our July wedding. To say we were overwhelmed with how to begin planning was an understatement...then Veronica jumped in and everything fell into place. Veronica is adept at all things wedding. She gets everything done swiftly and professionally; she’s incredibly well prepared and organized. Together we planned a 200 person wedding at RGNY Vineyard in the North Fork of Long Island. Veronica listened to all of our many and myriad requests and presented us with topnotch vendors, and gave us honest advice as we were making big decisions. She prioritizes you, period. She has great relationships in the business and it’s clear vendors love working with her. Veronica truly has an eye for individuality and a passion for creating an epic time that led us into the most memorable, special celebration ever. It makes sense that Veronica has “Joy” in her name because she embodies it. Even if we were talking about a tiny planning detail, Veronica is so genuine, considerate, and straight up good VIBES. She made the whole experience, from start to finish, a fun and smooth endeavor.

On our wedding day, Veronica and Rachel shepherded us through every step and did...EVERYTHING. They were a dynamic duo, always on the move and always ON IT. They seriously wore every hat and it was such a privilege to have them flawlessly handle all logistics and allow us to wholeheartedly enjoy every second of our wedding. Rachel thought of everything - I could not have asked for a better presence during hair and makeup, photography, and throughout the events of the day. She was kind, calm, and confident in ushering me and my bridesmaids through it all. Veronica expertly led and managed all of our many vendors including a large catering staff, 10-piece band, florist, rentals, transportation and so much more. She kept everything on time and according to schedule, she was extremely kind and patient with our many guests, and if something went wrong…well we didn’t know about it because it was all perfect.

To sum it up - Veronica is a true professional - she is positive, flexible, sharp, kind and always smiling!!! She even brought the sun for our outdoor ceremony ;). She is a joy to work with and makes sure you are full of joy too.

If you work with Veronica, you not only get a wonderful planner but also a wonderful friend. We continue to get so much praise from our guests on how gorgeous and fun the wedding was, we are SO LUCKY. Veronica - THANK YOU!!!!! Working with a wedding planner is a collaborative effort. You enter it with your vision (maybe) for the event. You hope they hear you, see the vision and start to plan. Well V did all that! She was incredibly hardworking and professional. She was mindful of costs and presented us with the best options in music, photography, flowers, lighting, tableware. EVERY detail addressed and then perfectly executed. Result was a stunning event! I can't say enough about the ease in working with V. There truly aren't enough words in the English language to describe how much I adore Veronica! From the moment I met her, I knew that she would be the best person to plan our wedding: She is organized, professional, communicative, calm, decisive... like I said, there aren't enough words in existence! On a personal level, Veronica is a total delight to be around (and there were definitely days leading up to our wedding that I spent more time with her than my fiancé!). She was truly the conductor of the orchestra that was our (very logistically-complicated) wedding. I cannot imagine doing it without her, and I'm glad I'll never have to! Our wedding simply would not have been possible without VJE. I had the pleasure of working with Veronica as a full service planner for our September 2023 wedding in NYC and she went above and beyond to make our wedding so incredibly special. From start to finish, Veronica and her team made the wedding planning process feel so easy, which made things so much less stressful for us while working full time jobs, managing family expectations, and dealing with all that comes with wedding prep.
