Veriu Group operates Punthill Little Bourke which is leasing out rooms with a health-threatening amount of black mould growing in them. I reached out to Veriu Group as the Hotel Manager will not address the problem, and they have also ignored the issue. I feel prioritising profit over the health and wellbeing of guests is unacceptable. As a result of staying in one of Veriu Group's hotel rooms, I had a severe and frightening actute respiratory reaction to the black mould, followed by weeks of asthma like symptoms.

Avoid renting your property to this company as they are not responsive to your emails when it comes to utility bill payment or anything at all. Accounting department shuffles on a regular with no follow up so expect many warning letters coming your mailbox.
