The times shown never match for real.
I have been there a number of times where Google says they are open, but in fact, they are shut. Veolia really needs a social media manager to keep websites up to date as most people refer to Google for opening times of various businesses.

Website says closes at 4 on saturday.. I rock up and security says they closed at 12 because of the public holiday, but nothing was mentioned on the site

Unbelievable. $96 for some cardboard and soft plastics. They told me as i was going in that was the minimum charge.. now i can see why illegal dumping and burning off is such a thing. Really discourages you from trying to do the right thing. All that matters anymore is corporate profits

This closure is not good. This is the only tipping area for the entire MacArthur area including Campbelltown and Camden. A simple sign at the gate letting people know you are not open to public would suffice. The person at the weighbridge commented that its on the website. Most people do not check a website each time they visit a business. Then only to be told to travel to there next open site at Eastern creek which will be a 3 hour round trip from here. Not a happy camper with this lot.

So I have some ewaste to drop off at this site (which is free since they want to encourage you to recycle it). I see that Google maps says that the site is "temporarily closed". I checked the website and could see no mention of this, so called their "help line". After 30 minutes on hold, the temporary closure is confirmed. I asked the rep when the site would be open again - she doesn't know. I asked her if the website could be updated to reflect the closure - that's not possible. How do I know if the site will be open from day to day? She suggests calling at 8am since that's when "they aren't busy".
It's good to see that the new owner has still kept the same level of pathetic service that we've come to expect from the Spring Farm tip.

Website said they were open Easter Saturday, so drove there with a trailer load. Gates open but told at weighbridge by staff that they were closed to public till Tuesday. Not happy with this.
Return trip now on Tuesday, so extra petrol adds to their expensive drop off prices. No wonder there is so much illegal dumping.
UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE TO REFLECT YOUR OPENING TIMES OVER HOLIDAYS PLEASE!!

Customer service at the entry is putrid. Came in to empty out a full ute of cardboard and threw out 1 bag of cans and empty bottles in general waste and got changed $96. Disgraceful. Cardboard is free mind you.
Never coming back and I've spent tens and thousands of dollars at this tip every year through my work but today was the last time. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know not to come here again.

Don't despair the tip is still there. And if you bring some coins you can still get an ice cold can of coke from the ladies at the gate on your way out. No good for freaking out your kids during school holidays with the smell like it once was, as it all goes in massive skips. You now take the Liz Kernohan drive exit at the lights in the middle of the Camden bypass rather than going under the bridge and onto MacAurthur Rd.
