Not impressed! The driver of bus1329 was very rude to me this morning by asking to retap my Myki without knowing it was already being tapped😒 I am thinking about how he is being judgemental about me like that.

whoever drives the 1095 in the morning please please please please please depart the depot slightly later than usual

too many people cram onto my bus in the morning so you have to stand in the no stand zone but if you come later its dead quiet

edit: i dont know who read this message but someone actually listened and now my bus comes later than the other school busses and its less crowded thank you so much

Not impressed!!

Caught the 693 Oakleigh bus from Ferntree Gully railway station, going only one stop as it was raining.
I Asked the driver if the bus was going down Station Street or Selmom Avenue..he didn't know/could not tell me which way the bus was going. Then he finally replied and informed me that the bus was in fact going straight down Station Street... next minute, the bus turned left in to Selman Avenue!

I was absolutely furious that I had to walk home in the p*ssing rain.
This driver had absolutely no route knowledge at all..It was like this driver was following GPS or something, otherwise he would have not known where he was..let alone what planet he's on!!

Too bad if it was an elderly or disabled passenger/customer.

Tried call Ventura customer service but, they were closed. You can bet your backside I'll be ringing them the minute they are open to make an official complaint!!!

Bus Drive 1155 on Friday, 06/10/2023. His name is Masili. I’m really grateful that you found my son backpack. I called ventura lost and found and they said most likely bus driver won’t pick it up if I left it in the bus stop but you did picked up. Lucky is enough information that you’re able to reach us and told us that you found my son backpack. The most important inside the backpack is my son green book. Once again i really want to say thank you and keep up being an amazing person and for being helpful for community.

Some bus drivers do not stop close enough to curb or lower the platform for older people or people with prams or trolleys.
I rely on buses every time I go out & find service is good.
A bit worried about services changing beginning in May. Will we be given new timetables. beforehand?.

So many bus drivers in a bad mood, and stomp on the brake and accelerator. Three times I have suggested to the driver if it continues I will put a steel caped boot though his head. Seems to do the trick a nice smooth ride after that.
