The Venutra Bus is a wonderful example of an organisation that demonstrate exceptional integrity, efficiency and customer service, which operates with a culture of honesty and transparency.
Last week, I parked my car on the road for a few hours. However, upon return I found that my car was side swiped. The paint left on the damaged part of my car was distinctive of the bus that travelled along that road. I then contacted the Ventura Bus to make a complaint. To my surprise, within a few hours, the Ventura Bus company customer service responded, and advised that they had checked the CCTV of the buses and was able to identify the bus and driver involved in the accident that caused damaged to my car. Two days later, the Bus company sent me confirmation that they had accept liability for the claims related to this accident.

The drivers at Ventura Ivanhoe Bus Company are top notch.
The buses are probably the cleanest of any Ventura depot, and they always uphold a good standard of bus operation and service quality.

The last few Saturday's the 8.01 from Harrison street to northland has been so late. Over 10 minutes on one occasion this morning it didn't come until 8.09 if this is the first bus out I don't know why it's a la ways to late.

Hopefully the Victorian Transport Authority dosent give this company a renewal ..... bus driver runs bike riders off the road .... not safe driver
