Always I need the bus 709 Mordialloc to Noble Park at timetable +/- 4:11 pm it never appears. Just skip to the next without any reason. Bad service to us.

Disappointed in the way they treat people.
You will make time for time on their terms not once but twice and then be cast off into the void. You will follow up with them and be fed fodder like "i'll get back to you this afternoon" but won't. And you will have to fight to get communication.

Very disappointed on the ventura bus complaints system. I lodged a complaint just to ensure they can actually take actions with the driver. The issue was the bus driver passed by my stop really fast and for me over the speed limit. No stopping , not even slowing down to check if someone was in the stop. Their results were, we can't see the stop in the CCTV footage and the driver was 3km/h under speed limit. I was advised to point my camera light to the driver next time. I honestly don't know what to expect anymore on this company. There is no point to try to even provide feedback and help others , since they would say is a incorrect anyways.

I called here the first time and despite the fact I pressed the right number on the phone I wasn't answered, I called 10+ times - I shouldn't have too but anyway, once I pressed a different number I was answered right away - go figure! I was given the helpful advice I needed.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Venture Bus Company during my training. Both trainers displayed blatant favoritism, turning a blind eye to others' mistakes like ignoring stop signs while getting disproportionately upset with me for merely speaking up. Additionally, Serbian trainer was often distracted, frequently using his phone to converse in Serbian language with friends and prioritizing his meals over teaching essential driving skills. Overall, the training was unprofessional and lacked proper guidance. In addition to the numerous shortcomings of Venture Bus Company's training program, it's worth noting that the trainer's constant use of his phone during sessions was not only unprofessional but also illegal, as it is prohibited while assessing someone's driving abilities. This blatant disregard for legal and professional standards further highlights the inadequacy of the training provided by this company.my second trainer never used his phone while training he was good with training techniques but somehow he will turn blind eye for the other fellow who didn’t stop at stop sign and kept going. so eventually, they pick and choose whom they want to pass or fail. it is more about their choice not about the driving skills.

My daughter left her Miki on the bus, staff on the phone were incredibly helpful and contacted the bus driver who fortunately located it.
The wonderful bus driver was then nice enough to meet me at a bus stop to drop it off. Thank you for saving me both dollars and time.

Today i travelled with a pram, on the 824 Moorabbin bound. I fought to get my pram with my 18 month old, up onto the entry landing, instead of the bus driver lowering the bus to enable easier access, he looked at me and turned up his opera music and ignored the fact that i was struggling. Again on exit, the bus was not lowered.

Biggest public transport provider in Vic. Around 1200 buses servicing Melbourne. Professional, well mannered and friendly drivers filtered from rigid screening process. Buses well presented. On time performance is good and continually improving. Great employer.
