We have travelled with A&A for a month. We covered some amazing hidden gems in sight seeing, eateries, luxury travel and accomodations across Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. The entire experience was well coordinated and smooth considering we had a mix of all age groups - elders, kids and couples. The meal timings, rest room stops, shopping stops, adventure activities etc were well organised being cognizant of the changing weather so that we could make the best of each day of our tour.

"Inhumane Treatment by Veena World During a Family Emergency – A Heartless Experience"

I am absolutely shocked and devastated by the callous and inhumane treatment my family received from Veena World. In October, my father suffered a life-threatening heart attack, and in the midst of this overwhelming crisis, we provided every necessary medical report and documentation to explain our situation. Despite this, Veena World chose to charge us an outrageous Rs 29,000 as cancellation fees for our planned Delhi trip.

The sheer lack of empathy and basic human decency in handling our case is beyond comprehension. We were not asking for special treatment—just understanding during a medical emergency. But instead, we were met with cold, indifferent bureaucracy and a heartless demand for money at a time when we were dealing with a family member's life-threatening condition.

This experience has been nothing short of traumatic, and I feel utterly betrayed by a company that claims to offer customer service. I would never, ever recommend Veena World to anyone. In fact, I would strongly advise everyone to stay far, far away from them. Their actions were not just unprofessional; they were inhumane.

This is a company that places profit over people, and their complete disregard for human compassion has left me with a sense of deep disgust.
