A nice cafe with a little courtyard which is completely away from the traffic. If the weather wasn’t so cold, I definitely would have sat in the courtyard instead.
The scones were soft inside and kinda crispy outside with a generous amount of blueberry jam spread inside and a lot of whipped cream.
They are also very generous with the mushroom dish, there were a lot of yummy mushrooms. The staff were nice and friendly.

The portion size is enormous. Go here if you are more than hungry!
Their cakes are nice, but one slice is double the normal size, and more than enough to share between two. Mocha was light flavour, chai latte was very weak, and mostly milk flavour. Room for improvement with these two. Our order was messed up as it was quite busy so we received two slices of cake yet one was a different flavour to the one we had selected. I'll have to try the quince and almond cake next time. The cafe itself is located in a pleasant and sunny spot out the back behind the row of shops along the main road. The table service by the older staff was top notch.

What a hidden gem this cafe is. Walk down the garden path to beautiful gardens and tables all set out, or dine indoors. The meals were 10/10. Loved everything about it.

Braidwood has some truly spectacular cafes and one of our favourites is Vanilla. My father in law recommended it to me and it is well worth a visit. Lovely fresh produce made for a divine breakfast with friends. Highly recommended.
