I ordered my uniform for placement on 10/3 which I waited so long and they claimed that they have shipped out the uniform on 31/3. Then it’s 19/4 already, still no signs of my uniform. Why is a shipment taking two weeks? Why is a simple order taking more than a month? I contacted them on 16/4 again and I received no reply. They charge for high fees and provide bad service.

Slow response. I purchased uniform on 8/3/25 but still haven’t get my order or any update one month after while the company promised delivery within 14 days or there will be further notice if there’s a delay in the confirmation email. I tried to contact the company through email twice for asking the process but didn’t get any response.

I purchase an order from them but did not hear from them for some time, I had to chase up to see when it was ready to find it was ready and that no one bothered to let me know. One of my hats had stitching errors so I took it back they told me they would let me know when it was ready to be picked up. After no communication for some time I attended the store last week to find a note stating their shop had moved. No attempt had been made to update their location on Google maps or email/telephone to let me know. After travelling to the new location since no one picked the phone up I was told the hat was likely to have not made the trip to the new location and likely lost but they would look into it. Over a week and no response . I have made an update to their shop location so no one else wastes their time, hopefully Google approves it soon. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

We have been using Valerie Travers for some time now and I am decently pleased with their service. The store manager and staff are friendly and helpful with orders. Most recently they went the extra mile to fulfill our urgent order request which we are very grateful for. Due to issues with their suppliers some orders were delayed, however, they kept close communication with us. I will continue to use their service.

Dion and the Staff at Valerie Travers have been fantastic, their design and embroidery service was superb and the quality of the products supplied were excellent. The polo shirts we purchased wear amazingly well in a difficult laboratory environment, we’ve just purchased more products for our staff as we’ve been so happy with the first batch we had supplied.

Went to the store on the 28th of February and they didn't have stock,paid for the items and the shipping fee as well because live 1hr away.Promised to get shipped in the next couple of days.
Called this morning and all they could say is we sent you a message to come and pick them up(I never received any message and again I had paid for shipping).
No apology, no remourse ,no nothing, just a rude voice asking me if I can go pick up today or should they ship it.

Was extremely pleased with “same day delivery” and am very pleased with the work quality. Extremely professional and can’t fault them at all “10/10”. If I could select 0 stars that would still be giving too much credit. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Uniform for staff ordered in Feb 2022 and it is now August and still nothing, the amount of times I have been advised I will be phoned back and still havent heard anything. I have left messages, emails, voice mails. Lie after lie about whats happening with the order. I have no idea how the company is still staying afloat. DO NOT SHOP HERE
