I have used VTravel Network a couple of times for national travel or holiday bookings. Vanessa, Burak and the team were awesome. I have had options provided to me on all occasions and a fantastic itinerary was provided for the trip to Tasmania. A special gift pack was also organised by Vanessa for the newly weds. I was always kept up to date with any travel arrangements and had the team assisting me in obtaining the correct, booked room at one of the hotels when something else was allocated to me. I cannot recommend VTravel Network enough. They are a superb team with a lot of national and international knowledge on so many destinations. Thanks again Vanessa and Team. It was such a pleasure using your service and VTN.

Enjoyed a perfect self drive holiday around Tasmania. A seem less and well organised itinerary that worked well with guided tours, car hire and accommodation included. I’d definitely use this company again for our next holiday.

I booked two day trips through Flight Centre who uses V TRAVEL NETWORK for a recent holiday in Seoul. I would not recommend this company.

On both trips I was sent details by V Travel Network that I would be picked up at the hotel. On the first trip I was messaged on WhatsApp (lucky I had the app downloaded, because I don’t use this app in Australia) the night before the trip to the DMZ that I would meet the bus at a pickup point. This left us with a last minute search on where we would need to travel to much earlier in the morning than we had been expecting, and left us frantic to get the pickup point in the morning when we couldn’t find it ( English communication with the local contractor was strained). I emailed V Travel Network that day to advise of the poor communication of pickup location so they could find where the issue was.

I doubled checked that our next tour was a hotel pickup and it explicitly stated so multiple times. The morning of the tour I was sent a message stating they would again meet us at the bus pickup point. Eventually they did agree to pick us up at the hotel, but advised they believed they were picking us up at the pickup point because “I” hadn’t given them any other details in the booking.

I emailed V Travel Network again. I was sent an email back stating this would be investigated and I would receive a reply on the next business day. I did not, and weeks on have not heard another word.

Extremely disappointing. A traveller uses a 3rd party to book tours because it should make their travels easier and take away the stress, particularly when there is a language barrier.
