We purchased 2 tickets to see “Gorgon City” earlier in the year and then the day before the event Untitled Group announced the set times - Gorgon City 1am -3am!!!! Absolute stitchup. False advertisement. If we had of known this we wouldn’t have purchased tickets. What a joke.

We love the Untitled Group more than Ben Klock loves tracks without lyrics. Producing the most ambitious, most memorable and most progressive music events in Australia, it's been a privilege to work with them for several years.

Could not have experienced a more disappointing event experience in my life.

Christina Aguilera and Jessica Mauboy did an exceptional job thank gosh because Natalie Bassingthwaighte’s vocals were truly traumatising.

The most expensive VIP package sold offered minimal seating (majority of guests forced to stand), dirty outdoor portable toilets in the grass shared with other VIP wristband holders, no market umbrellas outdoors as promised prior to the event in writing, pick up and drop off locations were an absolute nightmare causing major traffic congestion and parking was considered “at capacity so find an alternative”.

Event staff on the day had zero clue what they were doing and even forced a pregnant woman who was seated in the one undercover area outside in the rain as her VIP wristband was the wrong colour for weather protective seating. Flemington is for the spring racing carnival only, do not attend for any events other than this.

Guests would have been happy to pay more and receive a proper VIP package and experience.

Appalling, please leave the touring to professionals like Frontier and Live Nation.

Been almost over 6 weeks and still have not received my Christina Aguilera Momento ticket. Emailed them and have only had one response which included a tracking number that can't be tracked. Their lack of communication is disgusting. I would steer clear of any events by this company as if you have any issues they will not help you at all.

Honestly appalled at your company. Don’t think I’m the only one who still hasn’t received their memto ticket from Christina Aguilera. I’ve sent multiple emails, left comments on your Facebook for you no to get back to your customers. We want a refund.

I’ve had a terrible experience trying to redeem a credit I have with Untitled. They obviously don’t have anyone hired to actually help customers, and despite being told my tickets to an event were ‘100% guaranteed’ they’ve now ignored all my emails and I’m going to miss the event. Seems their only priority is money, and they have no regard for the people trying to support them and the industry. So SO frustrating and disappointing. Don’t buy tickets to their events unless you’re prepared to be totally let down.

Sharing same poor experience with ticket resale process and lack of refund due to 2021 festival being cancelled due to Covid. Still out of pocket 6 months on. I do appreciate it's a hard time in the entertainment industry but every other ticket I've bought in this time period has been refunded or exchanged without too much fuss. I will be avoiding any future dealings with this promoter.

Charged $10.20 for a change of name "processing fee" (my friend had purchased two tickets so they were both in her name) as we entered the venue. Seemed dodgy and very expensive for something that took them 30 seconds. They then gave me a weird "fee processed" stamp on my arm, which felt odd as no one else entering was getting stamps and I didn't see how it was relevant. (They also only notified me it would be $10 and as it was a cashless event I don't know what the 20 cents is about.) They didn't take my mobile number so saying it is for contact tracing seems rich - just a further way to milk consumers. Way more than a standard booking fee to change a name quickly on the door - maybe adjust your processing fee price.
