He didn't want to answer basic questions such as, what would be the Saudi visa fee by itself?
His response verbatim was - I can't itemize it for you and can't deal with your questions. What a funny way to conduct business!

United World travel helped me obtain a working visa to Saudi Arabia. Both Nesrein and Mahmoud were very kind and helpful, very supportive throughout the process and always answered all my questions. They are highly experienced with what they do, and are aware of all the regulations and process for obtaining the visa. Highly recommend this travel agency.

Excellent service to process KSA work and family visas for us. While few other travel agents quoted more than 7k AUD for me and my family, UWT charged a bit more than 2k for the whole process.

Agent Nesrein Mahmoud is very informative, friendly, easy-going and punctual person. I didn't experience any delay from her side. KSA visa processing is complicated and Nesrein guided us cordially throughout the process.

Honestly. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place and Mahmoud are an absolute joke. Was quoted a price over the phone and then charged a different price when i arrived at the shop. It was only $100 plus the credit card fee , so i took it on the chin. Today , 13 /6/22 flight due to depart 9.00 pm to Doha then on to Amman. Whilst browsing on Sydney Airport website , i realised that the flight was cancelled till the next day , and then the connecting flight changed from a 3 hour transit into a 10 hour transit. I called the owner Mahmood on his phone. The level of arrogance from this sad excuse for a businessman was too much. he , YES the TRAVEL AGENT had no idea that the flight was cancelled. He assured me that this was not cancelled. Travelled to the airport.. you guessed it , flight was cancelled. spoke to MAHMOOD again.... and he simply hung up on me. I tried calling him , he would not answer. my wife tried calling him. he did not answer. others from the airport tried calling him. he did not answer. this grub needs to be avoided at all costs!! pay less elsewhere .. heck , pay more if you have to , just for piece of mind when travelling a 20 hour flight , especially with a 5 year old and an 8 year old in toe. Mahmood ... get a life . I would say what I really think of you on this post.... however I am a gentleman.. unlike you.

Terrible travel agency. I don't usually write reviews but my partner booked a trip to Africa and was told that his layover at Bangkok of 9 hours would include a hotel. He was not given any further information except to go to the information desk. The information desk was closed and did not reopen till 940pm that evening so he was stuck in the airport for 9 hours. The travel agency was obviously closed and there was no one to contact/ confirm. After I called the agency the next morning on his behalf, to give them my feedback they said it's not their responsibility after they advise the airline to book the accommodation. I suggested they take this feedback on board and give their customers more information on what to do if no one is manning the info desk. Even though I spoke to another agent that wasn't involved in our ticket purchase, she had no care factor. Would not recommend even if ticket pricing is slightly cheaper than competitors. You may not get what you paid for. ...
