Not the best experience with a group booking.

Charged for an adult fare for a 12 year and at checkin was advised should have been charged as a child (child is 12 and under not under 12 as we were told) charged for insurance when we did our own, child meal ordered on one flights or one child ( we had 3) but not the other flight for any children. Not enough transfers booked to get to the airport.
