Horrible experience with joanna, waisted 20 days , she could not design the same logo and told to re- design, been told can’t make you happy , take your t-shirt back , cannot do the job for you , that’s your job to send the correct logo , at the end you are putting everything on customer, she do not have knowledge to design the correct logo
I think , she is new to that business and does not know how to talk with customer.
Joanna should be apologetic instead of making excuses.

Awesome experience - definitely highly recommend Tim.
Tim took the time to fully understand exactly what we wanted for a uniform. His attention to detail was spot on, and had no hesitation in bringing sample uniforms to us to view and try.
Once we had placed our order, the speed in which our uniforms where delivered was second to none. The quality of the embroidery is amazing, as is the quality of the uniform itself.
