It's hard to imagine how our day could have happened without Gabi! A month out from our wedding, my mom and I had an “oh shoot, how are we going to pull this off” moment- and thank goodness we found Unfolding Events! Before Gabi, we didn't know who would be our day-of-coordinator to handle logistics, and Gabi made it so that our closest friends and family didn't need to be "on" at the wedding and could just be present to celebrate with us!

Throughout the process, it was so easy to work with Gabi--she has a refreshing and fun presence that calmed all the craziness you can get during planning and day-of! Leading up to the weekend, we knew we struck gold with Gabi as soon as she sent us a timeline with more detail than I even knew existed. On our wedding day, it felt like she was always there & ready to help the moment I needed anything. From figuring out ceremony timing and making sure our day stayed on track, to anticipating any problems and proactively fixing them, there was so much that Gabi did that we literally had no clue until someone told us afterwards. This is a day that we had spent so long planning and preparing for, and we would not have been able to enjoy it nearly as much if it weren't for Gabi! I was able to switch off a part of my brain because I could trust that Gabi was behind the scenes, making everything come together.

Speaking also to the moms, it meant so much to me that my mom was able to relax and enjoy the day instead of running around, trying to make everything perfect. There were so many moments I was able to share with my mom that we couldn’t have had if not for Gabi.

It’s seriously hard to put a value on what Gabi did for us, but whatever it was, we got a great deal:) If this was how thoughtful she was for our wedding, I can’t imagine the weddings she plans from the get-go! Every bride would be so lucky to have a Gabi!

We could not be happier with Gabi and Unfolding Events for day of coordination at my daughter’s wedding. She saw our vision and executed it better than we imagined. She was attentive and so helpful. Gabi took care of every need from rehearsal to set up, coordinating with vendors to making sure the bride and groom had everything they needed. She was friendly and personable and had a great relationship with all our vendors. This allowed us to enjoy the day and the celebrations. It was one of our best investments. My husband and I are grateful to Gabi for helping us execute our dream wedding! We realized about a month before our wedding that we needed to bring in a professional! Thankfully we found Gabi and it was truly a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Her bright personality, professionalism and incredible attention to detail made the weeks leading up to our wedding so much more enjoyable!

Gabi handled all communication with our many vendors which meant we could sit back and enjoy the weeks leading up our wedding day. She attended the final meeting with our venue – Gabi’s input and guidance were invaluable. She seamlessly coordinated our rehearsal and we had several people from our bridal party tell us it was smoothest, most organized rehearsal they’d ever attended!

Gabi not only listened carefully to our vision but offered input that made our day beyond what we’d imagined! We hosted our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at one location and Gabi made sure everything transitioned perfectly! We didn’t have to burden our parents or bridal party to handle anything during our wedding day which meant we could all be present throughout the celebration. On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly thanks to her meticulous planning and coordination.

My husband and I cannot thank Gabi and her team enough for all the time and energy they put into making our day so special! The ONLY regret we have from our wedding, was not hiring her sooner!

My mom and I hired Unfolding Weddings and Events for my April 2024 wedding. What struck me initially was Gabis extensive and beautiful portfolio of tablescape set ups. The design and look of my wedding was one of the most important factors for me, and I knew immediately Gabi would have no issue executing that. I got all the fun of giving her my vision and what things I wanted, without any of the stress of actually making it happen. I was able to enjoy my wedding day and focus on my photos, and spending time with my family, rather than worrying about the logistics of the day. She and her team did it all. From the design, to invitations/paper goods, finding vendors for signage/rentals, vendor coordination, set up and tear down, giving us schedules and instructions and pep talks throughout each event of the day, she did it ALL. Among a million other things I probably don’t even know about (which is glorious.)
If you want your wedding to be beautiful, and to have the most awesome person as your planner, hire Gabi. My wedding exceeded my wildest expectations-it was so perfect.
