Paul at the front desk is so helpful. He’s helped my family with 3 of our cars. He always tries to squeeze us in if he knows we’re desperate. I took my car in today for a tyre repair, being informed of the flat after a highway trip. I was assisted by a gentleman called Mitch. I have often had trouble with car service performed at other places before, charged exorbitant amounts and told that extra services were needed only to find that was never the case.
Mitch was not only extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable, I also found him to be wonderfully honest and this was the first time in my experience with car service that I actually felt as though I could trust the person I was speaking to.
It was a really refreshing experience for me at Ultra Tune because of Mitch and I will most certainly be using the business for all of my vehicle needs in the future. What a great young man and an asset to that service centre. Thank you Mitch!

Didn’t even make it in to the appointment. Over the Christmas/New Years period I have been having issues with my AC and have been desperate for it to be fixed. I swear I’ve called about every mechanic in the shire and thankfully Ultra Tune have been open for a few days here and there. I booked an appointment for the morning of the 31st on the 27th but never received confirmation, only an email stating my appointment request had been received. I expected to hear from them on the 30th when they reopened but I never received an email or a phone call. I was busy working and unable to reach out myself so I called the morning of only to find out my appointment was ‘never in their system’ despite going through their online booking process. Now I have to wait days for another appointment and I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service was great and I am sure that this their team is great too but it has been a great inconvenience to me and has left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth. 🙁

Routine service in early 2024 itself was fine, but exorbitant (over $1100 all up). 30000kms later, my car was next serviced somewhere else under similar circumstances, and was not even charged half that price.
I heard positive things about Ultra Tune Menai from my work colleagues and was willing to give it a go, however, from this experience, I am sadly mistaken.
