The Bollywood Dinner Dance I attended was held at a venue that had undergone significant enhancements since my daughter's 18th birthday party two years ago. The addition of flowers to the large chandelier created a visually stunning atmosphere. The venue's beautifully designed setting is a notable feature. Kathy, a member of the staff, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a wide range of skills, resulting in a truly enchanting experience. In addition to that I had the best time experiencing with the 360 camera.

When it comes to dietary requirements, they have no clue. What I was served was take away quality at best. As a wedding guest I was disappointed through no fault of the bride and groom who informed the venue of my allergies. Nice size dance floor though

Thank you to Jimmy and the team at Ultima Function Centre for bringing our vision to life! We hired the MEC Ballroom for the night and it was absolutely beautiful. Jimmy’s team worked above and beyond to create a package which would suit our guests and cater to over 300 people. Our reception was just perfect! We recently hosted our function at Ultima and were very impressed with the venue itself. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly ready for our event. The staff on the day were exceptional, particularly Inder and team who supervised. They were responsive, polite, and made our day run smoothly.

Unfortunately, the booking management team's communication was a significant letdown. From initial booking to the event, we experienced long periods of silence (weeks!), and felt rushed when contact was finally made. There were internal communication issues evident, including them being unaware of our full payment made hours prior! A last-minute change to centerpieces was also surprising.

While we had a good overall experience and food thanks to the venue and day-of staff, the booking communication needs serious improvement.
