Alex was really helpful during the time when we were still there. He has been the best and the nicest host I have ever seen. I highly recommend for everyone. UKO West Ryde is the best place I have ever rented. The food is the best, the service is just like the food and the people here are nice and friendly. You can't expect more!

Living in UKO West Ryde is just pleasant in every way. Train station literally at your front door, cute shops and cafes within a few steps, and groceries and restaurants within 3 mins walk. The building and studio itself is well maintained; top notch quality. The common areas are amazing—killer rooftop that will sustain your sanity through lockdowns 😉 The “everything included in rent” also gives so much ease and convenience. Alex is an incredible host that truly has his heart for the community. In a short and sweet conclusion, living in UKO West Ryde is a joy!

I love staying here. The rent is competitive and services top notch. This building is sturdy and has all safety measures in check. Build quality is better than any places I lived till now.

Host Alex takes cares of every detail. There is a small get-together every 15 days. Food and drinks are on the host.

It is very near to grocery and train station. Indian grocery is just next door which is very convenient.

UKO is an amazing place to live. Alex is community host and he is really a great person. UKO organise community events every fortnight where building residents can meet and have fun.. Alex is really amazing and I feel blessed that I live in UKO.. 😍❤️

Very lucky and glad to be one of the initial residents here. UKO provides everything new and tidy. Basically you don’t need to buy anything. Alex is very helpful and responsible. Strongly recommend to choose UKO as your accommodation option.

I feel so lucky to be a part of UKO LIfestyle. I truly appreciate how much they do for us and how much they organise us to feel a sense of community. I feel truly taken care of especially living so far from home. They actually do go above and beyond for their tenants, more than any place I have ever lived in. I would give 100 stars if I could
