I was served my Bee at typo earlier this afternoon, and after asking if I was a member, Bee checked my membership information, only to find that it had seven years worth of outdated information, and that all my voucher-spending rewards were going off into the abyse.✨️

Considering that I shop at Cotton:on related chain stores semi-regularly, I am rather surprised that this was never picked up until now. But apparently Bee had been checking on previous customers information when serving them all day, and had come to realise how outdated everyone's information was, and thus, set out on a personal mission to begin fixing the issue. I am honestly rather impressed with Bee's initiative, as well as her professionalism, and that is not even mentioning her bubbly persona and rather quirky (but hilarious) sense of humour that really fits the cool vibe that ought to represent Typo.

She also was quick when serving me at the counter, immediately stopping in her conversing with a co-worker so that she could serve me. This is honestly a really rare trait to see in any workers, and it is a breath of fresh air to witness live.

I hope the Typo company is treating her well, and I hope that the Typo brand considers her for a higher and more professional role in their company (not just a manager- I could really see Bee owning a Typo store and running it efficiently if given the opportunity).

Bee is also great at upselling!

Either way, I really appreciated her commitment to her job, and it was a pleasure being served by her.

Great service is to be rewarded, every time we shop here the service is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, helpful and always willing to lend a hand. My girls love this store and spend heaps especially for Birthday presents. Keep up the great work TYPO Shellharbour!!
