Second time staying at Twin Towers Inn and it’s definitely improved since my last visit. My Standard Queen Room at the front was surprisingly quiet despite being near the Pacific Highway. The updated bathroom and waterfall shower were fantastic after the City2Surf run. Room was very clean, serviced daily except Sunday, and felt safe as a solo traveller. Friendly check-in, plenty of parking, and complimentary tea/coffee. No microwave or cutlery in the room, but available from reception. Didn’t use the pool, breakfast, or laundry. Overall, a comfortable, quiet, and much-improved stay.

Great experience. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Well worth the money. The breakfast buffet is delicious and worth the money. They have separate kitchen where you can cook food and a microwave to heat food as well. Very conveniently located and beautiful place

The hotel is easy to access from the road and there is a number of different levels of rooms and car parking lots. The rooms are older style but large, very clean and quiet, no noise transfer from room to room. It is a great place to stay in Sydney.

I’ve stayed there twice recently and found the check-in and check-out processes to be easy and the reception staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome.

The rooms were clean and the facilities were very good

A delightful experience for me was sitting on the balcony one afternoon, reading a book, drinking tea, overlooking lush trees and vegetation, sunlight slanting through the trees and enjoying the sight and song of a couple of kookaburras. Just brilliant.

Selected Twin Towers from Google Maps for its position near RNSH.
Easy booking in at reception, plenty of parking. Directions given to hospital and places to eat. Flat walk 15-20 minutes to hospital for us (late 70s)
Room large and comfortable.

The place was really nice, the staff were all lovely. The room was very large and the bathrooms clean. It was a nice experience for a work trip and it's so good to have parking when you are driving about place! I didn't use the breakfast but it's offered and there is also a laundry there.

Don't believe reviews that rate this place well. From the moment you arrive, you’ll understand exactly what I mean. The atmosphere is cold, the welcome non.exsitent. Staff behave as though every guest is an inconvenience or a threat—greeting you with suspicion, not service.
The night porter was the only vaguely pleasant staff member, though clearly under the thumb of the hotel manager—who is frequently heard arguing with guests. He shows no scope for nuance, no capacity for human need. Repeated and reasonable requests—often triggered by the glaring lack of facilities—are met a tough luck or outright dismissal, as their lack care is somehow your fault.

Every room faces the car park, so forget about peace and quiet. You’ll be treated to a revolving door of guests, drifters, and recently released inmates—who, ironically, were far more courteous than the staff.

The rooms are dated, dim, and barely cleaned. Move a chair or look under the bed and you’ll find dust and other suspicious items. As for dining, the restaurant is closed at night (not that they tell you this—just like the broken dryers), so you’ll have to order in. And when you do, 99% of guests will end up having to ask for something as basic as a fork—only to be met with condescension or annoyance. Not adding these to the rooms despite knowing every guest will ask, tells you about their attitude to their irritating guests.

Need help? Even the simplest request is treated like an imposition. It’s absurd, considering there are no services, no amenities, and nowhere else to eat or relax nearby.

The dryers steal your money. Staff know this. They just don’t care enough to put up a warning, and watch guest after guest complain that they have repeatldly put money in to dry clothes repeating this several times, with no result.. A simple sign would remedy this, but why would staff try make your stay more plesant?

And sleep? Forget it. By 7am, the cleaners are crashing carts up and down the hallways, stomping around like they’re trying to drive you out by force. It doesn’t feel like a checkout—it feels like an eviction.

By the time the hospital sirens start wailing, they’re a relief. At least someone nearby coming for help.

Avoid at all costs.

For a motel that is 50 years old it was fab. Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfy, cute balcony, quiet! Free parking. Water was hot. Bathrooms are gradually being renovated but mine was fine. Communal "kitchen" Could hear the TV next door and movement upstairs but nothing serious. My tv wouldn't work, was replaced straight away ay 7pm. Will definitely stay again for a quick trip to Sydney
