We stayed here on two occasions for extended periods. The bathroom is fabulous & very suitable for wheelchair users by being spacious. The Shower has a hands free/adjustable shower head with hand rails & no step into the shower. The bathroom also has a mirror at the right level with room for the wheelchair to go under the hand basin. A great deal of thought has been put into the design of this room. Overall it is a very nice place to stay & reasonably priced. We would stay here again if in the area. Skye & Anthony

We were lucky to find this motel at the last minute. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The motel is centrally located, easy to find and close to everything you will need for your stay. Steve the staff member made us feel very welcome. 10/10 would stay again.

My husband & I have stayed at Tweed Waters on various occasions since it was built. When the owner who is a lovely mature lady, has been there she is very hospitable & welcoming. The rooms have everything in them we need & are exceptionally clean. However, I had an occasion to stay there on a weekend when she was away & her son was taking her place. He was rude, swearing & obviously on the way to being intoxicated. Our room had no rubbish bin, no toilet paper & the frig had not been turned on. So we were unable to store anything that needed to be kept cold. The following morning on seeing him smoking while he was clearing out another room, I greeted him & asked him how he was. His response was again rude with inappropriate language. It was obvious that even when sober he was extremely unpleasant. He spoilt the whole experience & we will never be staying there again. Ever.

We came across this little gem whilst looking around the area. Based on the great reviews, we thought we'd take a chance - the surrounding motels aren't exactly top notch.. but this little beauty is a small motel in a great location. Reasonably new, with all you'd expect from a motel with the welcome addition of a friendly and helpful manager! Clean rooms, accommodating us for an extra night was no problem. The rooms are soundproof and the parking is safe. Highly recommended - thank you for letting us stay!

we have stayed in tweed heads many, many times on the way to and from Melbourne so have a fair idea of conditioned in motels. This hotel was clean, private(only 9 rooms all together) and convenient for shops,food and drinks,with a local hotel to eat. Mc Donald's 2 mins walking distance. Clean,light tiled floors and no 'motel' smell.||Tea/ coffee making facilities,fridge plus small microwave. And iron/ironing board but no hair drying. Maybe they lend you one(we had our own). Our room had a view(room 7) of the water. Two small wicker chairs to sit on whilst watching wall mount tv. And a small table. Guess what the fridge didn't make that 'fridge 'noise which is a plus in any motel!!!! Concerning road noise:- yes there is road noise but in the evening it quietened and it definitely did not affect our sleep as when closing all window it blocked out most of the noise.(we are both light sleepers too)||Parking facilities provide and two biscuits/milk provided on arrival. Shopping Center 4 mins drive away and twin towns 7 mins. Easy to find. The male receptionist presume son was very pleasant and helpful and we noticed he office was open until late.

Stephen (the owner) was absolutely fantastic, he had already shut up shop for the night but gave us a room anyway, he was very accommodating and friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy with all you need in them as well as being in a great location. We will definitely stay here again 👌

Being a frequent visitor to this area over the past 3 years I have stayed at all of the Motels in Tweed Heads. This Motel is best. It is a mere 4 years old so is modern both in construction, design and fit-out. The rooms are large and spacious with great bathrooms. There is one Disabled Suite. All are air conditioned with modern split system units for cooling and heating. Flat screen TVs, coffee & tea making, microwave, bar fridge, iron and ironing boards etc. Good parking. Excellent reliable Internet.||||The Motel is family run and the owners go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. It is directly across the road from picturesque Tweed River dotted with boats and yachts. It is fantastic for early morning and evenings walks along the shoreline.||||The local Hotel and Dan Murphy's Liquor Barn is a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and seafood outlets within walking distance. There a two large Shopping Malls a short drive away. Coffee shops are plentiful in the area or a short drive to Coolangatta or Kirra for breakfast looking over the beach.||||The Tariff is very reasonable given the location and quality of this Motel. Coupled with friendly staff make this the best value Motel I have stayed at in the area.

Very friendly, clean, quiet and well priced.
Geoff understood that as I am disabled there were some special needs that I required.
He went out of his way to ensure that my every need was accommodated.
I defiantly recommend this motel.
