After a near crash due to my vehicle's sensors being covered in mud and towing a 20ft caravan, there was a vehicle already in the 1st bay. I used the middle bay in order not obstruct traffic attempting to be as courteous as possible to other customers. I paid my money and started the procedure of pushing the 'Rinse' button, as I was only clearing the mud from the car and caravan due to it being dangerous.

Once I began using the gurney, a short male staff member walked straight up into my personal space stopping me whilst smoking a cigarette, took the ciggy out and blew cigarette smoke in my face and said, "You're not going to be long are you? You're blocking traffic".

The way the staff member spoke was extremely rude and blowing smoke in someone's face lost my total respect which I gave an appropriate response to and I continued rinsing the mud off and he walked off, eventually whilst trying to stare me down.

We did our laundry here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Machines worked well. All our wash was clean and dry.

Chose the Ultimate auto car wash. I'm not sure if something is wrong with the car wash but it didn't clean at all and was very quick.
We didn't realise the car wash was staffed.
Came back to show results and was put through again. This time worked properly, sparkling clean!

The laser wash does a great job. I'm always able to vacuum my car straight after a wash. There are numerous car care products on offer in the vending machine. My only gripe is that change machine isn't always in working order.

Apart from that, I love this place! 😀

First time user of the dog wash. Struggled with the timing as I could not see the time while trying to wash the dog. Maybe a timer noise every minute so you don't spend $15 washing a small dog.

Everything you would expect from a car wash and laundromat. Clean and tidy. Change machine excepts notes for washers and dryers. Met the owners whilst passing through, lovely, friendly couple.
