Large, warm and spotlessly clean room. Amazing shower, hot and powerful. We had a very comfortable night here although we didn't see any staff. Only thing lacking in the room is a microwave, would have been handy as we arrived on a Sunday and nothing was open in town.
Very comfy beds and proper doonas.

Hotel staff so friendly and helpful room was fantastic nice and clean and warm would stay again and recommend for everyone.
The restaurant just as impressive such friendly staff especially Anastasia (hope I spealt it right)such a lovely young lady perfect personality for the job .The food I can see why you have to book I had the chicken balentine totally next level even got.to meet the chef and let her know personally how much I loved it.
Thank you to all the staff keep up the good work. If there was 10 stars you would have got 10.

Very nice, and very cosy rooms, hot showers. The Elms restaurant is pricey but excellent. And if you don't fancy that everything else is within a 5 mins walk.

Third time here as part of a motoring group. Staff are pleasent and service was Good. Food at Elms restaurant was generous and delicious. My room was clean quiet and comfortable. Bathroom is large and the shower strong and hot. Everything you want in a motel.

Walls thin as cardboard, pray you don’t have noisy neighbours like I did.

Office unattended on check-in, no bell.

Office staff ran my card without the courtesy of informing me how much.

Lights in room confusing to operate

Cleaners let themselves in an hour before checkout time, quite startling.

The room here was clean, tidy and a good size. The Elm restaurant was good also. Food was generous and delicious.Table service was a fraction off but nothing that would stop us recommending or going back again. Really good location.

Rang up earlier in the afternoon to make a reservation, David, who answered, hung up on me.
Rang back and spoke to David, he said he would call me back when he got back to the office. He didn't.
Turned up just after 6 and explained to the waitress what had happened. Turns out David owns the place!
She went out to talk to the chef, and they had agreed to seat us. They hastily separated a table for 4 and sat us down.
Wasn't long before the other waitress was hurrying us along to order out meals.
Food was nice, but what is with the tacky truckstop salt and pepper shakers?
The 2 waitresses were helpful, but as for David....
School holidays as well.
The slap up chinese at the Bowlo was much better organised.

Motel was clean, tidy grounds, staff moderately friendly. Overpriced for a standard room.... nothing overly fancy. |The restaurant is highly regarded in Tumbarumba, and we were looking forward to a lovely friends dinner. Nicely decorated inside, it wasn't too busy, but the service was a little slow. I was looking forward to trying a drink on their menu from a local distillery, but they only had 1 out of the 4 on offer. |It's disappointing to pay $46 for an eye fillet to bot be undercooked, and the Dianne sauce was unusual, to say the least.|We ordered a coffee to go on our way and were served a luke warm half a cup!
